What I can add for 2cents for future readers, as pmp said, if you have a lump you have a lump. Running another PCT or using estrogen blockers will only cause the breast tissue to react differently. Once you stop with PCT in hopes to reverse gyno it will just come back again.
Question for 00pump, does your lump hold you back in terms of running a cycle, or do you / have you, run a cycle with the lump but monitor it?

Hoosain wrote: So over the past few months I've noticed quite a bit of puffyness in the chest area and without a doubt know that I have a little lump and it's gyno. Now it hasn't really bothered me that much buy lately it's gotten to me for some reason... who knows might be a mid life crisis.
Anyway after some thinking and discussing with my partner we've come to decide that I will go for the surgery.
So now I have some questions which is most probably aimed at pump since he's had the surgery a few times.
After surgery is there a lot of pain and how long before you're fully recovered. I ask this because I'd also like to go on holiday and would probably have to go before surgery as you did? Also in terms of how it will affect my work.
Running a cycle... so I haven't been on cycle for quite some time. So I was thinking I might just run a cycle before surgery as the risk of a flair up won't be an issue since I'm going to have surgery whereas surgery and then risking a flair after doesn't make sense. So if I do proceed with a cycle how long should I have to wait before surgery?
Also after surgery I'd still want to run a few cycles but would most likely be test only cycles going forward. So gyno won't be a big worry in my opinion. Is my thinking correct that should I control my e2 that I theoretically should not have to worry about gyno again.
Finally. If I do decide to run a cycle, now is probably the time for me to use something strong knowing that gyno won't be a concern? Or should I still be responsible and not go too hard on a cycle?

Then yesterday I bumped into the nurse who helped me get the appointment. Being a family friend knew exactly why I missed the appointment and asked me if I’m still wanting to go through with the op. Obviously I was keen. Due to covid 19 they have put everything on hold until July which is when she will book my appointment for (should things not get out of hand)
So now I’m excited and looking forward to something again. Looks like it’s time to hit that cycle as well.
Have built up some nice equipment for my home gym experience so nothing will stand in my way. If we do get a shut down like I suspect the president will announce this evening it will be even more in my favor. No work and enough sleep and training. Can’t wait to see the new look after the op .
Thanks again Pump for all the awesome advice and guidance.

Thanks Oupa. Old man was not well having a heart attack once every month for 5 months. Took his total up to 17 heart attacks!!!
Old man was strong but his time had come. He lived a great life and I’m just glad knowing he isn’t suffering anymore.
In Islam we have certain prayer nights after the passing at 7 days and 40 days, today is his 40 days which happens to fall on my birthday. So was quite a morning for me but I just remember the great times up until the last time we spoke in hospital before he left us.

Some pain but nothing crazy, don't even think I need pain killers (but will take some for sleep time).
They offered me the removed tissue as a souvenir lol.
Took out most of the fat as well. Can tell on upper chest which is leaner. Definitely welcomed and appreciated that extra.
Doc says he's excited to see the final results and more so my joy when I have a flat chest.
I think recovery will be a breeze except for the annoyance of having to sleep on my back.
