Hi all,

I've just came off a 8 month test cypionate 250mg per week cycle.
Ive been running into issues with my blood pressure thats around 150 over 85, blood work shows cholesterol high at 6.3

Dr said i needed to come off everything so they can do blood work when all natural reading are stable, then we can discuss going on trt if need be in the future.

I'm a 40 year old, training on and off test for the last 20 years, last cycle was 5 years ago.

I was put on blood pressure medication at the beginning of last year prexum 5 plus, and now changed it to triveram 20/5/5 and cholesterol meds Bezalip Retard 400 mg.

My pct protocol is as follows
Hcg 500ui EOD for 10 pins
Wait 2 days then run nolvadex 35mg ED for 2 weeks and 17.5mg for 2 weeks.

Is it possible to have stable blood work readings in 3 months time after being on test for 8 months or do i need to extend my pct?

Be disciplined. Focus on yourself and
not on anybody else, as you have no
control over what they do.

For most men 250mg/week is going to push your haemotocrit too high, resulting in thicker blood which shoots your blood pressure up.

Blood work after PCT can be quite deceiving and misleading. Realistically almost nobody at 40 will be fully recovered 3 months after ending a 8 month cycle no matter what PCT you do. But I would run PCT longer after such a long cycle, and I would add enclomiphene.

Yes, blood work after a month or 2 on PCT will show you have great Total T and Free T, and even optimal LH and FSH, but this is due to the nolva/clomid directly stimulating GnRH in your brain. Once they are completely out your system your T levels will drop again and take some time to normalise while your balls and hypothalamus adapt to the changes in your HPTA.

Ideally you want to wait a about at least 3-4 weeks after PCT before you do blood work.
