Chick needs help! was created by MissFit
Sorry if this has been posted before, just to lazy to read through everything :P

I just entered off season - did 3 months of eca, clen and 8 weeks T3. First time so a bit uneducated.

Stopped the T3 and clen now, still on eca. Obviously, swelling up a little now. And not too happy with that!

How do I stay lean? I'm not expecting to stay in comp shape, but as close to that as possible. Is there anything else I can or should take after a heavy cycle like that?

Used Kessar for a month as well

Firstly being lazy isn't going to get you anywhere in life and secondly why on earth did you do a cycle without being educated with regards to what you are doing. Screwing with your hormones is not a very clever thing and you need to be prepared. Hope you find the answers you need though, djeasye will probably help you out with this one so be patient

You just said you were lazy in your opening post with regards to reading up on stuff. If you want people to help you then you have to show that you are willing to do research. Im not trying to be ugly, this forum is to help people out but you have to show that you are researching yourself.

Have been reading, just not on this site. Probably for the last 4 hours. But it's hard to find an exact same situation as mine.

It's all good, be hard on me. It's the only way I'll learn :)

Ok clen I know I should stay clear of for the next 3 months (but will probably only use next season again). Just struggling to find info on what to do with T3 and kessar.

The guy that was helping me passed away 2 weeks ago. So now I'm stuck in the dark.

Ok from what I've read so far, which isn't enough, your thyroid should recover within two to three months. Since T3 is upregulating your beta receptors, you should be able to cycle clen right now as your receptors shouldn't be downregulated (in order to stay lean).

Also, are you sure you want to take kessar? Who told you to take this? PCT is meant to get your hormone levels back to normal but the kessar is going to screw with your oestrogen

No I was on kessar for about 3 weeks. My question is if it's ok to just stop taking it

Ok so here's a recap of what I took and what needs to be leveled out:

1. ECA's (3months) - research I've done says it's fine taking it as long as you cycle it.
2. Clen (3months) - 3 months on, 3 months off?
3. T3 (about 8 weeks) - no idea what to do, just stopped.
4. Kessar (about 3 weeks) - no idea either

Can I ask what dose of T3 u were taking?
To be safe I wouldnt take anything right now especially if you were on clen for three months (so dont take the clen either). For now all I can suggest is that you get thyroid support supplementation.

I think the guys here on the forum just use solal thyroid support (the company is Solal)and you should be able to get it at dischem. At springbok pharmacy its R200 for 90 caps

Yeah just googled it and found the Solal one. Also T2 from Nutrition Lab. Any good?

Another question, ZMA, bad idea for now or ok? Probably should wait for everything to go back to normal first?

Taking ZMA isnt going to cause you any harm so you can take it if you want. T2 may help with your thyroid, but not with your Beta receptors. I just think for now that you should worry about your thyroid, get it in check and then only worry about burning fat.

Chicks should never use T3

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

your t3 was it tertroxin or is it that other combinantion u just mentioned? if it is that then its not t3,its a combination of t2 and t4 so coming off this is not gonna be an issue as your body produces an abundance of t4 which will convert slightly to t3 through the liver when using and eca stack(thats the wonderful properties of ephadrine)

what u need to do is get hold of solal's thyroid support and l-thyrosine and some kelp tablets, take 1 of each 3 times a day to help with the getting the thyroid really back to normal, apparently according to doctari there is a product called thyroidia from house of heel that can be taken to help up regulate the thyroid..

now the reason u are going to get fat gain is probably from the estrogen coming back after using kessar, i know when using letrozole or arimidex for a period of time people can have major estrogen rebound causing depression post use(this is males i am talking about) but i am sure the same thing can happen with women,i would suggest that u almost taper off the kessar, using 1tab for a week, half a tab for a week,1/4 of a tab a week and the off... i am hoping this will help u...

also becareful with your diet, increasing the calories and stopping the cardio is whats gonna cause the fat gain,i suggest that u keep calories the same calories u where using when contest prepping and then slowely drop the cardio, and then your body should adjust to the calories and the less amount of cardio that u where doing to reset your metabolic point... then once that has happened u can slowely increase the calories, but if u are going to bust out and have 3 mac donalds meals a day post comp and cut the cardio then there is your reason for getting fat again...
