Hey guys, new to this site. Just some info on Tren Enan 150, started 2 wks ago running 1ml 2x a wk MF. Decca 0.5 2x wk and sus325 1ml 2x a wk. 40mg DBols ED. No tren cough but flu like symptoms after inj for about 20 mins, insomnia is bad but i dont feel tired. Strength has started picking up and gained 2kg. so far. Diet very clean and no cheat days. (This is about 4 cycle)
has anyone else got some useful tips or info regarding gains or improving gains?

6am 6 egg whites and whey with glutamine, 7.30 1 cup oats, 10am 240g chicken breats with bsmarti rice 150g and serving of whey, 13pm 240g fish, 150g rice, 3pm serving whey, pre workout 5pm Superpump, glutamine BCAAs and creatine, intra workout Cytogard, post glutamine and BCAAs. 20.30pm 240g steak rice and vegies. bedtime 22.00 Casein protein with 6 egg whites, glutamine and multivitamin, magnesium and vit C.

44 yrs, 86kg, 175 cm but never had my body fat measured. tummy was 81cm last year after dropping it from 94cm but now after bit of a holiday

back to 87cm. weak point is cardio, i only do 20 mins once a week and the Tren doesn't make it easier i get quite out of breath just weight training.

ok king.

when you do cardio do it mild impact. do tredmill walking for like 30 min a day. 5.5 kph 5deg gradiant.
dont do high impact cardio. how is your blood pressure like. do you have all the meds for pct and ai and prolactin ,progesterone

how did you decide to do the gear that you are doing now.

thanks for the advise gab, i am using same cycle a friend was put on, he does proffesional bodybuilding. i liked the idea of the Decca for my joints, i have had joint pains and ligament ops before. Decca must be run with test hence the su and i wanted to see the results Tren would produce being the most effective roid out there. i have always been lucky with blood pressure being on the low side and when on a cycle it has neva been excessively high. Doc has done liver test on and off cycle over the years and also never been dangerously high when on. I will put a course of Clomid mid cycle then post cycle too with pregnol. i also take milk thistle between cycles and cranberry all year through.

your pct is incomplete. you need to add these

1x Ovidrel 250
1x LP Aromasin
1x LP Clomid
1x LP Nolvadex

what about prolactin and progesterone side effects. both tren and deca is high on these sides.

read these first.

if you go to the article section at the top of the page and select sample cycles youl find it under some of the advanced cycles.
