Looking at the prescribed PCT's NO i didnt, i always got away with Clomid and Pregnol PCT. that is why i was interested in the South African information. i always did research on Steroidology, Steroids.com, etc all Ozzy UK and USA, they seem very lax with dosage and PCT, doesn't seem too important to them. Us SA's are more cautious by the sound of it (Not saying it is wrong guys) i guess i have been lucky so far but luck doesn't last for long hence my registering here.

rather safe than sorry. here is some guys on this forum that can tell you all about that. there is some lucky ones and son unlucky ones. it might not catch you now but later. you dont want erectile disfunction. that will be a big downer in my books.

Ha ha ha a big downer excuse the pun. i am busy looking at the sites PCT's and will start stocking on the other recommended drugs. Forgot to mention i am also running proviron morning and evening.

You say you were lucky in the past, and got away with pregnyl for PCT. What do you mean? Did you keep most of your cycle gains?

Did not have any liver or kidney problems when i tested them. as far as gains i have messed up with diet in the past, always eating little calories and not eating enough. trying to lose the tummy and bulk the way i approached it didn't work. Improved my diet, forgot about the tummy for now and i have gained 4 kg in 2 weeks and only doing 3rd pining tonight. Will see now with your guys help what difference it makes, my diet and PCT was my biggest grey area before, so many different opinions dude even at gym. So i gues by saying lucky i have had no liver or kidney disfunction, i am not worried about fertility have had the snip already, so i guess i could have improved mu gains alot more.

PCT isn't there to protect your liver or kidneys - it restores your LH and FSH hormone production that was suppressed during cycle. If that's not done, you will deflate within a few months of your last injection.

Thanks guys, have read up on those sites, seems some people dont want to give all they know about cycles and joice. The aricles make much more sense and i downloaded Doctari protocol for PCT. wish i found this site earlier.

Ending 3rd week, not huge strength gains but noticeable. gained 3kg so far but feeling a difference - almost permanent pumped feeling people are noticing growth already. First time on PGW and it seems the results are more prominent than other brands.
