I take it this is slightly better and safer than running Clen/T3/Yoh or ECA?
Use to be top athlete until serious neck injury, am limited to the type of training i am allowed to do. Use to be a rugby lad and rower. Current digits are:
W: 120kg
H: 188cm
BF: high 20's
Have my own home gym, diet is good, and gym 3-5 times/week.
Need to shake off alot of S-#-#-T sadly, targets: (time frame: 1-2months)
W: 100kg
BF: 15%
I know its not impossible to loose 20k's in a month - healthy? thats another story.
