Reputable raw supplement suppliers

Hey all,

I'm looking at getting some raw supplements but haven't bought from BSSA and Basic supplements in many years. I see their websites are still up but wouldn't know if they're still active.

Any insights into this would be great.

Also, Chrome now stock "natural whey", made from grass-fed organic cow milk, there is a unflavored version.
Check it out here.

Never bought whey from BSSA myself (tried some of their other stuff) but they are still very much active.
Basic is still around, but takes ages to deliver.

Hi furk, when you say Basic Supplements takes forever how long are we looking at?
I ordered 26 April and got a confirmation of payment received as well as request for new address.
I gave them the address 4 May and they confirmed they will sending tracking number on 5 May.

To date I have received no tracking number, no responses on any of my emails, no answer when I call and obviously no products delivered.
I will feel a lot more at ease if they gave me a tracking number or told me the product is still in Antarctica and I need to wait 6 months, but no response is just wrong.

Hoosain, they should have followed up by now. Spam with emails and calls. It's through SA Postal Service so expect to wait, but at least with a tracking number yo can see where the hold up is.

My orders didn't take so long. Are you staying in a major metropolitan area or outlying area? That could have an impact. Sorry mate, don't know what else I can tell you.

Nothing at all. Been emailing and calling them with no luck.
I know postal service is slow and I don't mind the wait. But having no tracking number or response from them is worrying.

I'm in Cape Town and the address is almost in the CBD.
Anyway, I guess patience is all that I can have for now.

I can get pure whey concentrate and calcium caseinate. Both products are from Europe. Both from very reputable companies. I am currently selling to Friends and Family.

Whey would be R180 per 1kg
Casein is R240 per 1kg
Possibility of BCAA , creatine and glutamine, if there are interested people.

We just need to find a way of getting my contact information to those that are interested.

Can I put up an anonymous email address?

Currently I have 40 x 1kg whey and 20 x 1kg casein

Bro I was selling all forms of supplements in 2015 - 2016 and really wanted to hook up the guys here (ridiculously low prices for good quality raw and commercial stuff) But I thought it would be a bit audacious for Admin to allow me to disclose details. Since I didn't want members here to think I was using my presence on the forums as a marketing tool for making money. I'm not here for that. It's about mutual support and knowledge sharing.


Ondier has he's own registered business, that's why I think he was allowed to spread the word on the forums.

GrootD, not discouraging your endeavours, please don't misinterpret me. Just don't be discouraged if you aren't allowed.

I hear you and agree.

The intention was not to misuse the forum to punt my products at every opportunity. I have been buying and selling these products for almost 2 years now. Never advertised. Friends, Family, colleagues, people at the gym. And never mentioned it on this site.

The idea was to to assist fellow forum members, with a better product, service and price, than the rest. More options never hurt anyone.

The way I see it, it is like posting a links to specials. Yes I will make some profit out of it, but so would any other supplier.

No worries. We are on the same page. If it was up to me I'd get all my supps as raw as possible. I even tried to buy DMAA in bulk when it was still allowed in supplements. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Anyway, there's actually a story behind this. Long ago a member said in his log that supplements are too expensive. I saw there was an ICQ function (before it was disabled) so I gave him my ICQ name and told him I can help him out. I think I got a three day ban for attempting to contact him? Fair enough, I went about it the wrong way, but I've learned. No hard feelings. Never tried a move like that again because I felt like a bit of a shill.

Previously I was in direct contact with supplements manufacturers so I distributed with insane low prices (mostly friends and varsity mates). I'm not with them anymore so I can't get such good prices. Anywho, with another company but I can still get good deals. Obviously I'm not going to disclose the two company's names.

Just an update. I went to Basic supplements FB page and see that they have been sending invoices and excepting payment but not sending any products.

I guess I should have checked before making payment LOL

What about BSSA are they still active that is Ondier's company istnt it?

The FB page was updated *years* ago. They do give a phone number there and encourage you to contact if you have issues. How does the invoicing system work, automatically or does he email you personally? If he emails himself, it's a sign the cogs are still turning.

I have tried the number which just goes to voicemail. Heck I tried it before posting just be sure Lol
I was personally emailed and even asked for a new address. But after payment nothing at all. I email weekly.
Have used their info and orders addy with no luck on either.
Have even used their "contact us" on the website.

I found a hello peter complaint as well with the same issue I have.

Best is to chat with me directly and if the forum can benefit I'm always willing to help someone out. I don't like any shady business and react very harshly to that, but that is because I've been screwed way too many times before.

I'm talking to GrootD about his supplements, hopefully we can work something out and I'll help him get his feet off the ground.

It is really difficult in coming up with a name. That is easy to remember, and not used already.

So is Basic Supplements still operating? I was keen to make a purchase but heard that people have paid and not received anything.

Guys think twice about ordering from basic and bssa. We all heard about basic not delivering. Bssa used to be decent, but my buddy ordered stuff in January this year. After giving him a run around for a bit, they don't even reply to him anymore. I sent a few mails a month ago, ondier responded and said he was gonna sort, nothing done and no more responses. I would wait for grootd to his supps up and running, if it has the backing of admin, then it will be fine...we all know admin dont take shit...lol

I'm going to help GrootD get up and going with his supplements. I've been so busy lately trying to do multiple projects together that none of them are making any progress.

Basic are not responding to any of my emails... they are marked in my book as thieves.

Last week I went online and ordered something from my wifes email address and they responded very quickly asking me to make payment so that they can send ASAP.

I then emailed from my addy and no response.
then I asked them to confirm banking details from wifes email addy and they responded immediately!!
then once again I emailed them to ask why they are responding to my wife but not me... no response.
asked the same question from her addy and no more response to her either.
