We use Fastway couriers. I recently switched to them, so they still need to be tested.

There is also a pick up option on the website, for the members that stay in the area, and want to save on shipping.

Sales is slow, but as I said, its a service that I only provide for the fellow forum members and of course friends and family. This was never meant to replace my normal day to day job, nor a get rich scheme. The profit margins are too small.

But on the other hand, the more I can order the better price I can get. So its a win for everyone!

Sorry about the "labels". I am still waiting for the printers to deliver labels, so hence the names written in permanent marker. But if you need more information, please feel free to ask, or check the website.

I normally mix that casein with my Whey, or any other protein that you have. On its one, its not so nice. It also makes "lumps/clumps" so mix it quickly with a decent shaker. Dont throw the powder on the water/milk and leave it for a few seconds, mix immediately. On a side, that casein is 90.9g protein per 100g. Probably the purist you will find.

O yes, and dont mix the other stuff (BCAA, etc) with your protein in one shake. I tried it, and it made it "sour"

The Creatine / Citrulline / Beta-alanine / BCAA is my favourite mix. I take 5g of each, mix it in 300ml water add some off you favorite concentrate (oros), and drink it all 30min before Gym. Then another batch for intra workout but with 500ml water, and less beta.

But like I said, let me know if you have questions.

@GrootD, hey bro how's the shop doing? Want to ask, previously you had a post mentioning how to mix the whey so the consistency ís good. Does that mean there are no emulsifiers used?

I bought the BCAA, Beta Alanine, Creatine, Citruline and the Cas Protein. The protein tastes like shit, but its okay. And the other stuff is working like a bomb. I mix my own pre workout, and it is working nicely.

Furk, not alot of sales. I did think that there would be more orders. Maybe I am not marketing it enough, but also didnt want to punt the website too much on this forum.

The whey protein is instantised with Lecithin. This whey is used by all the BIG brand names in SA so expect the same consistency. It mixes very easily, and depending the amount of water you use, you can "adjust" the thickness (viscosity) of the mix.

Yes, the Casein, is horrible on its own. I normally mix it with the WHEY 70/30. The casein is also instant, but have had a problem once of not mixing it immediately after adding water and it made some lumps (clumps?). So when using the cas, add the water and mix immediately (with a good shaker).

Yes those 4 together make a awesome pre workout.

Thanks, ordered Thursday, delivered today. All as advertised, and yes the casein is gross but no worse that anything you can buy in the shops (unless its laden with flavoring). I mix it with a very small amount of milk and down it like a shot; barely has time to horrify my tastebuds.
