I have the cramping from Clen during contest prep. A quick fix if needed urgently is a good old Red Bull. This won’t likely sort out back pumps. I ave never had that issue but read an article where it was asserted that this is generally from psoas not activating so your errectors overwork. Apparently doing some abdominal work before back work helps pre-activate the psoas and solves that problem.
