I just started using a new whey protein from war supplements. www.warsupplements.com have a look .If you are in durbs and looking supplements give me a shout we are trying to get in from a few suppliers.

lol i know they are working on it at the moment.So far so good no bloating and tastes good.I am going to bring in some sa supplements with my training partner and a few others .If you are using ssn and ordering online we offer a 2 day service in the durbs area..

i rate ssn is amazing i have been using for a month and i am over impressed! to be honest i use to swear by optimum nutrition but with ssn i am very happy!

I do my training partner is a sales agent for them in durban ,so she will take orders collect from the factory find a meeting place and deliver

Looks good bud, only one downside if you not in DBN and that's price. They only have one product? Are there more to come?

Sweet, sounds good and will give them a go.
Something I have not found or had success with is a drink to have during training, tried various supps and drinks, but have not found one that actually does the job. Maybe that is a niche you could look at? There is always emphasis on pre and post workout, but hardly ever on during workout.

hi looks ok but its a bid expensive for a wpc, supssa sells wpc for 250 for 2kg, i juz look for the best price, that war looks a bid expensive to me!
