so whenever I do weighted dips, I put a dumbell or just a weigh in my legs..and my hamstrings pull and u can't do one rep and after I take the weight out I can't even stretch my hamstring.. anyone experience something like this? what could be the issue?
Try calcium and magnesium or taurine... Could just be that you putting your hammy in an awkward position. Make sure you stretch it out and warm up before you do your dips next... Hope it sorts it out bud
When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.
tanx..will try that out.. I usually put a 10-15 and 20kg plate on my legs or a dumbell of the same weigh inbetween my legs(by the calves)so if my explanation is correct my quads to my knees going to my calves are at a 90degree angle.. but will include lot more stretching.. more like they just pulling like hell.. I'm not sure the feeling of a muscle cramp.. don't think I've had it in a VERY long time..
