Hey guys, I've been lifting seriously for about a year and a half now but I've come across a bit of a problem. My proportions are way out and are causing me to look funny and a little stupid..
Okay the first one is the size difference between my forearms and upper arms, my forearms look just as big as my upper arms and I fucking loath this in every possible way. I've been told I look like popeye.
Second which is my ass is too big from the side, like it almost makes a 90 degree angle straight down from my back. Which pisses me off even more.
Can you guys please offer some advice on this? My diet is quite clean, eating about 200g carbs with almost 300g protein a day. 88kg bodyweight, 14% bodyfat and 184cm tall, maybe this helps? My training is also on point and am not fucking around in the gym.
