Headaches when lifting weights

Some of these readings, I was either driving or walking. For some parts of the day I had to work and didn't have a chance to sit down and relax for the proper reading. I think I should have been home for proper observations.

Nevertheless, for the past 3 days I haven't experienced any headaches when lifting. I'm suspecting that my diet was crap and not enough fats

Reason for that observation: last week I was on training and did not go to the gym as I mentioned **i think**. Eating the food from the canteen might have provided some micronutrients that were lacking on my diet. If I'm not mistaken, fats also help with brain function and other brain related stuff.

So I'm gonna restructure the diet to:

P: 40%
C: 40%
F: 20%

@ 2200cals per day and estimated bf% 25%. Think that should be sufficient.
