Alcohol was created by UMADBRO
Hi guys,

Synergy is this coming weekend and there is going to be alot of drinking. I haven't had anything to drink since i started training again. So 3 months clean and i don't smoke. how far will one weekend of drinking set me back? Is it worth it or should i just stay clean. Just finished a var cycle last week monday ( 80mg for 6 weeks). I'm sure my liver is fine, but you guys know better.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Redbull sugar-free! :woohoo: It's basically caffeine and taurine, makes me come live at least.

What I found was that the biggest setback of a drinking spree is that the next day or two your diet is really up to shit and you only eat junk food. If you stick to your diet the next day and rehydrate well and hit the gym quickly again you can't do that much damage.

I any case take your essentials.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying you should go have 50 beers....

Enjoy.

The aim of the game is to try and avoid sugar as much as possible. Drink your brandy with Coke Zero instead of normal coke for example. Stay away from cocktails. And watch those shots some of them are under cover.

I have to just avoid booze because I become a pig and don't no when to stop, even drinking the next day to chase the hang over. Like AE said the biggest problem is that my diet goes to shit for a couple of days after and it takes me till the following week to get my training and diets to were it should be.

So for me the up just isn't worth the down. Having said that we all need to blow some steam from time to time.

Go big or go home...

Geez guys, how awesome is this forum, reading everyones life experiences, and realizing that there are guys out there with the same issues.

Unfortuanitly after years of boozing, i am also hanging up the gloves, only been 5 weeks now, but i know it is for the best.
This forum is almost like a support group...lmao
