My bench went up a bit with it, but i am trying to figure out if it was all in my head... ??

I am a skeptic by nature.....Are you using it DJ? and what differences are you noticing? any other members using it? sounds to good to be true...put a little something on you hand and you become better....?

i am, my old man is using one too and he suffers from various joint aches from car accidents,rugby injuries,and plain old age,he has been using one for 3 weeks and finds that he doesnt ache anymore in the joints.

And you personally DJ? Any difference with you?

I gave a T4 Pro balance band to an old toppie that suffers from Parkinson's. He couldn't dress himself, now since wearing the band he doesn't need any help getting dressed. He had lots of pain in his legs and since wearing it he says the pain is gone. So it seems that it works.

DJ - If I'm not mistaken you get two different kinds(colours) of Powerbalance. What's the difference between the two?

not to sure dude,they come in alot of different colors.the one is latex and the other neopreen,so people with a latex allergy can still use them,i have the latex ones.

I have been using one now for 5months and I must say its actually freaky how much this little thing helps.
I also play hockey, cricket, golf and soccer and it definately helps!!
Flexibility is one of the things i find to have improved dramatically.
For eg: I can JUST touch my toes with my fingers when i bend over with my feet together but with a power balance band i can easily reach under my toes!
People with arthritis and aches and pains have reported awesome results with these bands too!
At R200 its an absolute steal...I see them at Sportsmans and Proshop for R499!!

I've had mine on for months now, forgot it in the shower on saturday, and boy did I struggle in the gym.
Almost crashed off the stepper...

My golf has also improved, without any additional coaching or practice. NOTHING major like turning pro suddenly...

I honestly feel a major difference with it on!

PS: It doesn't work when you a wear a watch and the band. The watch cancells it out....

have anyone done the stretching test with the band on first and then without? its always the other way round,which means nothing i would say?
also,this is very popular with older folk which love this kind of thing,have any one reported the advantageous while not having been told what the advantageous will be?

Does it increase bed-performance. Only if you wear them on your ankles? Kidding. These bands are really doing well. At the end of the day, even if it only helps mentally, help is help.

My Breitling for Bentley watch is so damn heavy I need one of these just to keep me from falling over to the one side.

These bands will do wonders for the alcoholics. They will be able to fool the cops when they stop you for a DUI test.

No Lies! I was spooked by this. Guy at the gym asked me to stand on one foot with arms out. Pushed one arm and i fell over. He then gave me the Band to hold and did the same - no chance of falling over this time.

There are so many things that you can do those tests on that are supposed to interfere with your body's energy field. Try them with and without a cellphone in your hand or pocket, and also under a fluorescent light...

the same fallover test was done with me,i did it a 3rd time without the band and didnt fallover. all the tests are like that,first time u suck without,2nd time u have adapted naturally,or warmed up,but now the band gets the credit...
why am i the only one questioning it? it doesnt work from scientific principles,or if it does can someone explain?

You are DEFINITELY NOT the only one questioning it, almost everyone is, read again...
I am very skeptical because the only part of the band that is actually supposed to do something is simply a hologram sticker...
