It is common, low test levels will do that to a man...also happens post competition when heavy doses of letro or any ai are used as there is an estrogen rebound...best thing is to make sure your pct is spot on and successful and if it wasn't then either re do the pct or take a single shot of test just to boost test levels...

So any compound of Test will do this? Proper PCT will rectify this? Is this why it is also suggested to tale dbol in low dosage during PCT?

Tren and deca do that to me. But I'm on treatment for chronic depression anyway. Medication to regulate my seratonin and dopamine levels. So I tend to avoid those two roid compounds, but damn I miss deca....

I struggled with this in the early years of using juice but since I've figured out how my body wants its PCT to be done, I haven't had an episode in two years or so.

I'm even off all anti depro meds.

5HTP is a natural serotonin booster, not so pump?

So was this just because you did your PCT at the wrong time or wrong PCT all together?

PCT is a very complex process on the body and causes hormones to be all over the place. The doc has structured his PCT in such a way your body hàs better control, specially that of estrogen, which is kept at bay preventing depression during PCT and actually rising testosterone so high the opposite is true and I find it boosts serotonin. But to prevent guessing go for tests, you may just need something like 5HTP for a few weeks, again its impossible without bloods to advise whether to redo PCT or handle this another way.

What use to happen was that I'd stop Letro at the last dose I was using and that caused a huge rise in Estrogen almost over night. So now I decrease my Letro dose very gradually until I only take one drop every second day. I feel that this in addition to starting you PCT at around 100mg of exo substances allows the body to adapt very nicely.

Hey pump thanks a lot, what blood work would one ask to be done? Would it be Hormonol eg: DHEA, Test - total, free, weekly bond. Or is it specific to estrogen levels?

Yes thats fine, but include estrogen too and prolactin. That way you know exactly where you stand.

Should you do these tests pre, mid and post cycle? Is there some info that you know about that could help me to know what these different values should be at, or does it change from person to person?

There is a baseline on the results that will show you where you should be between X and Y would be normal.

Hmm, no pointless doing the tests during the cycle, unless you want to see what you test levels are.. Hmm, a good baseline would be before and a month after PCT that way you can see if your test levels are that or better than before you started the cycle

Depends on your age, a teenager as much as 70mg a week late 20's around 50 and goes downhill from there

LOL  That sucks big time. Does that mean the older you get the less Test you need in a cycle to get gains? Theoretically?

No, as when you use test your body shuts down its own production... So really doesn't matter about age, no rule of thumb either depending on cycle history, etc.

10-12 years *shrugs* but now, i'm way off the mark, had serve breakdown about a month back, just don't eat or anything so i'm pretty much skin and bones now... all my hard work means nothing to me anymore.. hopefully will find that fire again some time in the future. But I still get enjoyment out of helping people.
