Hi Guys

Stats:

Age: 37
Weight: 85 now (95 a year ago)
BF: 15% ( guess about 22 a year ago)
Height: 1.79m

1 year ago I’ve decided to get my test levels tested because I felt shit all the time.

At that stage I was off steroids for a number of years.
(2 previous cycles done 10 years and 7 years ago. Basic Test 12 week cycles followed with PCT1 on both occations)

The results came back as follows:

Total Test 2.26 (normal 6.9 - 23.6)
SHBG 6.7 (normal 13.3 - 89.5)
Free Test Calc. 112 ( (normal 170-660)

So I took the easy way out and decided to self medicate and go on TRT even though no doctor prescribed it.
10 months ago, I started injecting 0.3ml Twice a week as I calculated that this would be about 150mg per week.
Life got better, I felt better and somehow over the past 10 months I slowly started upping that dose little by little to the point where I am on a ml per week now. (250mg)
Yes I know this was wrong but it made such a difference that I just started thinking that A little extra can’t hurt. (Ooops)

The extra energy and strength obviously also made me convince myself that I feel so much better, how can it be bad.

Long story short, Ive now finally done blood tests for the first time since Ive been on TRT (10 months)
I know I should have done this long time ago.

I’m going to post my results below.

I am a bit worried about the cholesterol levels.
How bad is it really???

Also not sure about the E2 / Oestradiol levels and what to make of it?

...and then the big one. Free Test at 1581. Ive read that most TRT guys wants to be around 700-900.
How bad is it really running at these high levels. (Probably for the past 5months)

I know this contains a lot of info but would really appreciate any expert advice and opinions.

The doctors I know will probably only look at this and tell me that I will die if I continue with what I am busy with.

Dude your bloods are proper messed. Your estrogen is high, your testosterone is ridiculously high, it is not healthy. Your triglycerides are not high which makes me wonder if your cholestrol is hereditary. But your current bloods you have shown are properly off the mark. I am surprised that your hemoglobin is not higher. You can drop back down to 200mg injected every second week, use arimidex at 0.5 twice a week and do that for 2 months and recheck your bloods, your estrogen should be pulled down and your free test levels should be around 600 to 700. Your total test is stupid high, that should be under 20. I would not change from that protocol regardless what you feel, then do more bloods and book with an endocrinologist to do more comprehensive testing, you testing very few aspects which will not give a clear picture. You need homocysteine done, igf, insulin and glucose fasting, ferritin, kidney, vitamin d and and and...

Thanks for the advice Pump...

I will drop the TRT down like you said.
Ive always understood that it’s better to inject twice a week.
Are you sure once every two weeks will be fine?

The fatty liver part scares me shitless.
Which part of the test should I refer to as all three results under “LIVER -section” appears to be within spec?

Once again thanks for your time.

00Pump has it spot on. The usual TRT dosage is around 80mg/week - I like splitting mine into twice a week @40mg which when using the UGL 250mg/ml turns out to be a tiny volume that never leaves a bump.

If nothing else, please could I urge you to do more bloods until you get dialled in - I did mine every 3 months at the start, and now monitor them @ 6 months to keep an eye on things like lipids and total test, shbg, haemoglobin and E2 (which at low dosage is never an issue).

Good luck and don't stress to ask questions here, there are some gurus on the board that know their stuff.

That is just the endos protocol and the guys who are the true TRT specialists and not bro science, just like you will see on the pamphlet on pharma grade gear it is to be administered every 2nd week. Once a week is ok if that's what you want to do, twice a week is so unnecessary. The whole purpose of TRT is to provide you a better quality of life while making sure you do the bloods that was recommended to you by Xpornstar, TRT is not about making sure you inject on a Monday and Thursday, it's about doing the jab and not thinking about it anymore, it's just a medication to do a job, so I'm certain every second week is perfect for health reasons but once a week is fine at exactly half that, don't go past 200mg in a 2 week cycle until you have bloods done after 3 months (this is including the 3 weeks you need to stop jabbing now). Also donating blood is very important, you don't want to land up with polycythemia and have some lovely blood transfusions and clotting and all that crap.

Your liver function is high but not the markers you would see if you where using things like winstrol and other toxic drugs. I think your best thing to do is just to try make sure you living a healthy life, don't jab for 3 weeks, get that testosterone level down and your estrogen. I can give you a list of bloods you should do but it's going to cost around 5k, well a bit less as you have some out of the way. I would then take that list and see an endo, but post up the results as it would be interesting to see. Or you can just see an endo and they will send you for a similar list but if you only medical aid and depending on what plan it could be covered.

I'm also thinking that you might have hereditary cholesterol issues or something else impacting your your cholesterol.

Your HDL should NOT be that low just from 250mg Test Cyp. Maybe 20-25% lower than normal, but you are 70% lower than normal! Get your TRT dose to 100mg/week, and if your cholesterol is not close to normal after 2 months you have other issues to look at.

Pump, Xpornstar & Muscleaddict...Thank you so much.
Will follow your advice and get my shit sorted

...but that bloody HDL result really baffles me.
I’ve changed alot of my unhealthy eating habits over the past 10 months, started working out again and dropped 10kgs.

I really didn’t expect that result as I am convinced it’s not my diet causing it.

One more thing I didn’t mention, and probably a very important part which might or might not have effected my cholesterol:

I also played around with a bit of GW-50156, durominec, yohimbine & Male Hybrid Ripped over the last 3 months.
Not all at the same time...2-3 weeks on each.
Could this maybe be the cause ?

Muscleaddict and I both looked at your cholesterol and thought it could be genetic. To get a better understand what bad genes got passed down to you (like my endo says to me, you chose your parents very well, not), an endo could get a better understanding as to why. But until you give your body a fair chance of showing 'balanced' blood results you pissing in the wind, having high cholesterol is not going to kill you tomorrow.

Sorry if this is completely off topic, where are you going to get the blood work done? Through GP?

Thanks!
