Hi Guys
I am 36, 1.83m and weight 125kg… (I know heavy overweight).

I have been actively gyming now since the beginning of the year and can feel that my strength has increased a lot since when I started as it should.

I have slowly worked my way up from just using Anivar to adding Tren, Test and Anivar together.
Tren 1ml x once every second day
Test 1ml x once every second day
Anivar 25mg x 2 daily

I however do feel that I am not getting the results that I should and don’t understand what I am doing wrong at the moment.

My workout program is as follow and would like to get any advise on what I can approve on or change to build more muscle mass. I am trying to up my muscle mass and lower my body (fat) mass if that makes sense.

So the most important information is your diet, please post accurate information on what you eating. And what is 1ml in mgs.

Without even seeing your diet, I can already guess your diet is where the issue is. I would be worried about low dose Test only and no anavar or Tren and put all my focus on eating clean / training / sleep / and living a clean healthy life. Then I would look at stacking things.

No bro, that's not how it works... you are going to fuck up big time. You have to check on the label of the vial of the specific product you are planning to use.

We NEVER use ml as a form of measurement when it comes to drugs, in your case you have to tell us how many milligrams and that will depend on the actual product you are going to use because different brands have different concentrations per ml. Telling us you are going to use 1ml is like telling us you have a piece of string, but we still do not know how long the piece of string is.

That's not allot of food for your weight. What is the calorie ratio / total calories of this example.

Have you been tested for insulin resistance ?

The calories etc are as follow:

Calories - 1761.55
Protein - 124g
Carbs - 134.51g
Fats - 80.65g

Bare in mind that I have asked the person who gave me the dieet program that I needed to lose weight as I was weighing 130kg, so that was my biggest thing to lose weight and also build some muscle.

To asnwer your question about insulin resistance. I am type 2 diabetic and I drink Gluchohage for that - my blood suger is 5.5 constantly

Those calories are way to low for your weight. Maybe one of the guys can advise. Diet advice is not my strong point.

With regards to the Glucophage, how much are you taking a take?

Your blood sugars may show 5.5 but that doesn't tell us what is happening with your insulin, that needs to be around 3 - 5.. The best would be to do a fasting insulin test and get those numbers, unless you have your latest blood results.

Let's see what is advised with regards to your diet. But I can see a few red flags and could be the biggest reason you are not getting your results you looking for.

Agree with pump. Calorie intake is way too low.
My recommendation is to lay off on the cycle and get the eating right first. Read the diet section and work out your caloric needs. Once you get that you can create your own diet or even just adjust portion size of the current one to meet your needs.

When you do figure out your diet side also take not of how you react to different food groups. I for one look at cars and gain weight so I know to limit my intake of carbs. However everyone is different so you might find things different. I would also time my carbs according to my training times so that I can consume before and after. This will definitely be beneficial to you as well.

For now good luck with diet and when you're finally ready the cycle will get you good results.

You need to almost double your protein intake. No point being on tren and training so hard if you don't have enough fuel for the turbo mode protein synthesis that steroids enables. You simply will not recover enough between workouts.

When you cut calories, always cut from your carbs or fats. Not your protein. Your body will not build new muscle if your protein is too low.

Honestly don't even think tren should be an option. Clearly no experience with gear... or r least not enough. I say this with no disrespect meant.

I took a bit of time to work my way through the dieet section and I understand it is way more complex than I initially thought.

I checked the formula which @Doctari and @DJ used and worked out that I should get in 2931.11 kCal where I only get around 1700 - 2000 kCal daily. My protein/Carbs/Fats ratio is also out especially my Fats is to much.

So I need to make some adjustments to my dieet.. Thank you all for the advise and pointing me into the right direction.

Just take note that under eating slows down your metabolism, and if you suddenly ramp up your daily calories to what you should have been eating all along, you will gain fat.

Increase your calories gradually over the next few weeks instead of adding 1000 more in from day 1.
