Hi Guys,
I've read a couple of posts where guys suggest taking 20mg Dbol in the morning and then 20mg Dbol later on in the day. I have also spotted a post where someone suggested taking the whole 40mg before hitting the gym.
I go to gym at 5pm in the afternoons, therefore I take 20mg at 10am and then the other 20mg at 15pm. I looked at the half life (4.5 - 6 hours) of Dbol and I calculated that when taking at 10h00 and at 15h00 they would overlap and be in my system for a longer period.
So the question I have is, is my timing correct or would you suggest I take the whole 40mg before gym rather?
I'm basicaly halfway on my Dbol now (Beginner Bulking Cycle) and I just thought I'll ask the question to see which one of the two would be more beneficial.
