Howzit

Over the years from what you guys have seen, what kind of test dosages (cycles, not trt) have you guys seen (or experienced) where newbies can successfully run test only cycles without an AI?

I know it's quite individual specific, some guys need an AI on 300mg/wk and some can do a 750mg/wk without an AI.

For context let's say average sized male, who is below 15% bf and who has mostly maxed out his natural gains.

i did 500mg test cyp my first cycle and I didn't use an AI...

ik guys that complain on 350mg test, that's why test should be ur first cycle.

see how much u can handle without an ai and use that as ur base to the next blasts or even use it as a base point to know how much u need for the next cycle

Always check your bloods. Just because you think it isn't a problem doesn't mean it isn't a problem. High levels of estrogen is not healthy regardless if you don't get tingly nipples or excess water, etc.

AI's are even more unhealthy arguably, depends on the problem, kidney issues then yes hgh e2 isn't good, heart problems and wanna keep cholesterol in range then high e2 is ur friend.

we all have to also underline what is OUR biggest health threat if u want to go into bloodwork.

This is an unfounded claim.
The whole AI hate bandwagon is just a bunch of "experts" that need diverging advice to catch an audience.
High E2 is nobody's friend. However, sure the ratio of T/E matters..

Depends man, if ur like me doing high-tier statistics day in day out, keeping my mind protected is of utmost importance, high E2 is VERY neuroprotective.

E2 is neuroprotective and regulates synaptic plasticity and memory - www.jneurosci.org/content/39/15/2792
E2 is neuroprotective against neurodegenerative diseases - www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3324183/
E2 and critical period hypothesis - (reassures restates the fact that multiple studies have shown that E2 is neuroprotective in the research paper)
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22079780/

You can literally type into a research journal "E2 and ...", see how many research supports it etc. Make your own conclusions but it seems to me estrogen is protective af. Each to their own I guess then. But if you are hitting grams then obviously BP becomes an issue etc. Just pick your poison wisely.
