Hi guys

I have tried to research SARMs here and elsewhere but can’t seem to find the answers to my questions.

Can someone point me to some reliable literature explaining the difference between the SARMS and what their benefits and drawbacks are.

I’d also like to know:

*If SARM’s are so mild on the system, why run such brief cycles?
*Is there benefit in stacking or should you just stick to 1 since they all work in a similar way?
*Is there a bread and butter cycle that would be suitable for a first time user?

Thanks in advance

Hi.

I like sarmstore1 they keep up to date withe the latest literature and studies and latest SARMs. They also tell the truth as to what SARMs are suppressive and wich ones are not.

42 Days on and 4weeks off is just safer on your HPTA if running a suppressive SARM I also stick to that with my cycles on suppressive SARMs but my current cycle I decided to push RAD and S4 for 12 weeks. Propper PCT planned an on hand.

Best would be to run a cycle of one compound at a time to get an idea of houw your body responds to each compound. If you feel the 42 day or 6week approach is to short bump it out to 8 weeks no problem just run PCT 1 as per this site's article section.

No problem bud.

I am not going to name a comound as bread and butter because I am biased towards RAD 140 and MK677. S4 Is quicly becomming a new favourite but would not rate it above RaD yet. After this cycle I am going to try S23 next year.

Hey man

I have tried out a Ligandrol LGD4033 and YK11 cycle for just 30days.. I managed to out on a fair bit of lean muscle. I gained 4kgs in just 3 weeks. I am a Ectomass by body type do its not easy to put on such gains so quick. But as soon as my training got interrupted and i wasnt training, ilost all the gains.

I have just started training again, this time i want to add RAD 140 and MK677 to that stack. I hoping this prove to be the ultimate stack for me and my goal of adding quality muscle to my frame.

Probably needed to do a PCT as well to help hold the gains. How long have you been training for? Also did you stop eating when you stopped training?

Lost it firstly because it's mostly not real muscle tissue gains. Increased glycogen storage + intramuscular water. That's a decent stack as far as SARMS go, but realistically you're looking at maybe 1kg of keepable muscle after 30 days off the cycle if diet + training are on point.

SARMS are not steroids so don't expect steroid like gains.

Hi, Demolish.

Thanks for that link it is a very insightfull listen.

I aggree with that man 100%.

Only SARM I will use again RAD140 from 20 to 30mg per day for 6weeks or 42 days.

GHS MK677 but for me I have to use it with Sibutramine or I can not control my appetite.

PPAR obviously hands down GW 501516 especially for people on low carb or Keto diets.

Hi guys

I will be receiving my LGD 4033 soon and running it at 10mg a day for 6 weeks.

On the cholesterol thing... would it be necessary to use cholesterol supplements to help with the possible side effects? Maybe just to be safe rather than sorry?

On the pct side of things.... would it be necessary to get a pct, say Nolva just to help get things started after the surpression or does anyone think I would be fine just to let the testosterone start up again with proper training/sleep/diet?
Are there any supplements stacks that could help this process?

Thanks a ton!

If your diet is good then you shoud be fine cholesterol wise add omega 3 atleast 4000mg per day and once you come off the LGD the limit simple sugars and refined carbs you should be doing this year round in our game anyways. And also do some cardio it is often over looked for over health and cardio vascular and cholesterol health issues.

PCT wise stick with PCT 1. ie. Clomid and Nolvadex. The more we have looked into SARMs and the blood work while on them and after a cycle the more we have seen they are suppressive so rather play it safe brother.

Thanks Rooi Bul, always appreciate advice from the guys on here. I will do what you have advised.

So far so good with the LGD, I’ve had the following side effects during the first week
- dry mouth (not too bad but definitely there)
- headaches (also not too bad but they come and go)
- I have had some flu symptoms but nothing serious, I bounced back from that in a few days.

Haven’t noticed too much in the gym yet, I had a really powerful chest session last night but I just had so much energy throughout the day in general so I won’t credit that to the LGD just yet.

Thanks guys please send any info and advice my way. I really always appreciate it.

First thing I notice anytime I do an LGD cycle is the never ending energy in the gym. I finish my hour workout always feeling like I can go an hour more, muscles just never seem to gas out. Interested to know if you experience anything similar.

It's also incredibly good at holding off fat during a bulk, which is why a lot of forums label it as both a bulking and a cutting sarm.

Just remember a lot of the size you put on can be attributed to the extra glycogen storage, so you can expect to see some drop in weight when you come off. For the most part though, it is a great compound and probably my all time favourite sarm (tied with RAD140). Going to try S4 next, hopefully the vision effects will be minimal.

Hi, man.

No, all the info and write ups I have found on it suggests it is way too suppressive for my liking. If it is as suppressive as the literature available on it suggests then there are way better and safer Anabolic Steroid options, in my opinion.

Thank you Oupa, only now seeing your reply now.

Thinking of adding it towards the end of my Test cycle.
