Hi all.

I am a powerlifter and currently off cycle.
Looking for something to help with recovery as I have a bunch of little aches and pains.

Not bothered about gaining size or strength from it. Just want to be able to move better.

Heard Igf is the best for that, was wondering what is the minimum dose I could use. I have seen guys saying 10 mcg a week works wonders. Also seen guys from EA say most UG igf so ineffective you need way more then what you would need with proper pharmaceutical brand that was stored and transported correctly.

Was thinking of using Ciccone or HD labs. Any recommended dose for recovery only on these brands?

Currently with Peptides in SA I would stick with HD Labs.

I used IGF L3 from them Last year end of the year just after a Test Prop only Cycle and used the IGF LR3 as part of my bridge and PCT I can not remeber my exact dose but it was 20mcg or 25mcg a day split bilaterally in the trained muscle post workout so I think I did 10mcg per side for the sake of simplicity and it extended my cycle of IGF by a few days. I actualy leaned out a bit while on it and gained 4kg if I can remeber correctly I did comment on it on here. I am planning on running some again March next year at 20mcg per day 10mcg per side in the trained muscle group post workout

Thanks. Think I will try same dose. Leaning out and gaining muscle might not be main concern but not going to complain about it.

That's pretty decent for such a low dose. But I haven't tried HD Labs LR3. Was that only on training days or every day?

Personally I wouldn't use less than 50mcg split post workout, 4x a week (200mcg/week). That's what I used last time and results were satisfactory but less than that and I would have been disappointed.

10mcg per week? Is that a typo Definitely not IGF1 dose.

Personally I would choose HGH over IGF1 LR3 for recovery even if I was limited to 3-4IU per day.

No typo.

Seth Spartan, Jerry Ward and guys from EA all said 10mcg works well on YouTube. But they all also said it only works at that dose if it's real medical grade.

But think I'll try Rooi Bul's dose.

Nonsense. None of them recommend 10mcg per week of IGF1. 10mcg minimum PER DOSE.
