Hey guys.

I’m pinning 200mcg of PEG MGF twice a week. Every Tuesday night and Friday night as my schedule allows it.

Reason - I have a few muscle imbalances that are causing unnecessary difficulty when training. I have promised myself to resolve this before the new year. I want to strengthen and repair these muscles at as quick a pace as possible.

Method - subcutaneous around stomach area, alternating sides each time.

Length of cycle - 5 weeks.

Diet - in check and clean.

Supplements - Creatine, L-glutamine, BCAA. All of which are raw products with no flavoring.

Training frequency - 5-6 days a week.

Experience so far - I pinned last night, Feeling more calm and alert today (sense of well-being) I haven’t noticed anything else just yet.

I will be posting some more of my experiences here. Any further advice is always welcomed.

If you're injecting twice a week choose your 2 muscle groups that need the most attention and train them on injection days. Inject post workout and either take your rest day the next day, or don't have a super heavy training session. You grow when you rest and that is when PEG MGF works best.

If you are a bigger guy I'd up the dose a bit.

Thanks Muscle. That’s perfect as those muscle groups fall on the days. Legs on Tuesday (hip flexors are weaker muscle) shoulders on a Friday (external rotators need some strength).

* Update on things I’ve thought to share.

- I’ve pinned twice so far (second time this morning after shoulders and rotator cuff work)
- I’ve definitely noticed a slight increase in metabolism, I’m hoping this is the increased rate of protein synthesis
- I work on my feet all day and I have noticed that my energy levels stay more consistent throughout the day
- muscles feel a bit more full but nothing drastic yet (could be Creatine)
- sleep seems to be a little better than usual but nothing to rave about.

One week update

- forearms are looking quite a bit more vascular especially when training.
- feeling more energetic in general and I am sweating more during workouts
- Some abdominal fat loss but that could be because of diet and training.

I hope my posting this log is not irritating anyone, I just thought it might be helpful to some.

Anyways here’s my latest update that I think is really worth noting.

- My post workout meal is the last meal of the day, around 8pm or so.
- I have noticed a much faster breakdown of the foods happening in my stomach after a workout. Please correct me if I am wrong but I feel that this is because of my bodies natural release of the MGF hormone plus the added PEG MGF hormone being used for healing process (protein synthesis)

Well since starting I have been putting a lot of work in to fixing muscle imbalances that are causing discomfort in the knees and normally after a leg day my knees would be in quite a bit of pain.
This week I have not had any issues with the knee pain.

In general recovery time I haven’t noticed much but I am on the lower dose end of the peptide. I feel am still benefiting in the exact way I wanted to.

No ways irritating to me bro. If anything keep this up so that i can learn more about it's effects.

I personally have not used any peptides yet, but we all know my time will come. So for now i appreciate these posts.

Update

- pump is intense
- recovery time definitely shorter, at least muscle pain doesn’t last as long. This could also be because of me taking glutamine Creatine and BCAAs.
- very moderate far loss (could be too low a dose for high levels of fat loss)
- skin is looking good
- sleeping amazingly


* if I decide to use this peptide again I would opt for 100mcg ED sometime after training (600mcg weekly instead of 400mcg weekly)
