Hey there. If my maths is right

If you mix your hcg with the whole 2mls of b,water which it comes with.

250ius should be 0.1ml on a syringe:

5000ius = 2mls
250ius = xx

250*2=500 / 5000
=0,1ml

Some can correctly if im wrong here

Oddly there seems to be a number of people struggling with this, not only on the forum but also emailing me for help.

The vial contains 5000iu in total, the water is 2ml in volume, so 5000iu / 2ml = 2500iu per ml. In order to get 250iu you have to divide 1ml into 10 (2500 / 250 = 10) and that gives you 0.1ml

Some insulin syringes are marked in iu units for easier insulin dosing and this confuses people even more, but just ignore the markings on the syringe and pretend that each 10iu division on the syringe is equivalent to 0.1ml

For those bad at maths, here's an online calculator.
Never argue with an idiot - they bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
