Week 2 update

No negative side effects that I can speak off, except for the dry mouth and some stomach cramps but nothing worth worrying about. Diet has been good this week only had 3 gym sessions this week. Doesn’t feel as if the ECA is giving me a shit load more energy, but definitely better than when not taking. Something worth mentioning is the fact that it helps a lot with appetite suppression, I’m eating well below maintenance and I feel it really helps with the cravings.
Have a good day.

I've been wanting to cycle for a few months but had to hold back due to some stress. In the process I've gained some fat and neglected my training. I now plan on getting back on the horse and dropping my body fat with a fat burner and more specifically the same one in use.
I'm also very interested in knowing if there was any irritability when using? I know generally eca gets people edgy and irritable. If that's the case I might have to give this a miss and consider mhr instead

Will definitely look into it though. As the sides from the oral fat burners are what's keeping me from using them. Don't think it would be a good idea for me to become irritable or edgy with the way I've been the last few months. Rather safe than sorry
