PCT Help

Hi Guys

Long story short.

Just finished a cycle of Anavar and 12 weeks Test Prop. I had my last injection yesterday morning.

When do I start using Nolvadex, After 3 days or 14 days? I keep getting mixed advice?

Also, I get mixed advice with regards to using HCG after the Nolva?

Please help, I don't want titties.

Prop waiting period 14 days.

I personally would be running the hCG from the week before (you already a week late) until a week into the PCT. Gives you a couple weeks of hCG and then run PCT 1. But everyone has their own theory.
