Been discussed in this thread already. Good non-stim product.

Jis that's true. I think it's the individual aminos that makes it taste so bad for me. Bullnox watermelon has probably been the best tasting pre I've tried.

I use bullnox 30min pre workout, mixed with creatine and a sachet re-hydrate. I like this as it doesnt make me dizzy or crash my sugar levels. Then i use SSN BCAA orange, and also put some creatine in. Insane pumps and energy release and the recovery is ok-ish!

Lols Furk the new USN one tastes like some kind of medicine I used to drink when I was small. For the price it works like a charm, only problem is, I seem to get tolerant to it super quick. Honestly for me I feel no pre workout taste is as bad as the original Evox 3DT. The 3DT was in a league of its own (the chunda league) :S . It was a beast of a pre workout though onnnly problem was that crash.... You literally needed a seat belt cause you were in for a hectic ride.

@Furk

You are probably the right guy to ask on this topic - I am looking for a pre workout that is going to kick my ass stimulant-wise. I am training twice a day with HIIT in the morning and hypertrophy training in the afternoon/evening and really need that boost in the afternoon. If it keeps me up late at night that's fine too, I just need the energy... I try to avoid the over priced brands, local is lekker if their stuff is good.

I know I have singled out Furk but if anyone else has anything to share then please advise :cheer:

Hey bro, long time, hope you're doing well.
Yeah sure, so I found the best stim-based pre's have a combination of stimulants in them. Caffeine alone doesn't always cut it, increasing the dose has an upper-limit of benefits where the sides catch up. Combining different types of caffeine works alright. The most common "exotic" stims we have on our shores will be DMAA and schizandrol-A. When combined with caffeine it feels real good. As you may know, pharmacies and health-food shops don't stock anything like this, so you'll need to go to a dedicated sport supplement shop. And even then, choosing only ZA products narrows it down further.

South African products that will kick:
Evox 3DT2 (you might need to go max+ dose)
Supplement SA Hellfire Nitrate (convenient because it's pill form)

International (not sure if you can find them all locally)
5% 5150
ProSupps Mr. Hyde (not Hyde Cuts)
Finaflex Stimul8
VPX Redline White Heat

I'll come back and add if I find anything new.

PS: Probably my favourite I've tried was the old Titan Labs Berserker, it had DMAA and Schiz-A. Pretty much the original Jack3d formula.

^^ this!

Also if you want to feel wired AF you can't beat 150mg caffeine on Clen.

Pyro, have you ever used Ephedrine? If so, how was your experience? I've found Hyperburn to mess me up much worse than 120ug Clen.

Cheers mate.

For me it's the same thing, just the dosage is more. Same protocol and everything. Only thing is ephedrine was scarce these past years so I opt for Clen. Hyperburn is ECA so what's kicking your ass is the caffeine with the ephedrine. Try it with Clenbuterol and I promise it will beat you like Mike Tyson.

Hey Furk, thank you for the fast and detailed response!

I have just purchased some Evox 3DT2 (grape flavour), will hopefully be making a thread about my training and will let you know how it goes over there. Will be taking GW with it as well as 5g creatine monohydrate and I will add beta alanine if there isn't already enough in there to cause the tingling sides, I quite like the tingle. The increased focus and intensity from the preworkout combined with the increased endurance from the GW as well as the increased power and strength from the creatine should be a really nice combo. All of that combined with a light recomp cycle (due to an injury that I will write about) and it should be a fun and productive few months!

Thank you once again for the response. I will post a review of the 3DT2 as soon as I have tried it.

ECA and Clen? No thanks, I'm not asking for an ass-kicking. Just disappointing how I handle ephedrine.

Anytime Hormonas,
Using 3DT2 myself at the moment and I take extra beta-alaine with it. 3DT2 is far weaker than the original 3DT. Hope it's powerful enough for you. If you are are caffeine sensitive you can always add an additional dose of caffeine cap (Biogen or Regmakers).

As for the creatine, importance is consistence in dose, not so much timing. So really you can take it post-workout (I do, otherwise I forget).

I'll be on the lookout for your log. Keep well bro.

You can have my left testicle if you find Ephedrine in ANY of these stacks nowadays.
The last was the original HEAT.

Cheers Jackrabbit1, glad you like it. Always nice to know South African supps perform well. 3D have been slowly but steady gaining a lot of momentum, taking over Nutritech in no time.

Want to try Mr. Hyde next, possibly stack with Ampli-pump.
