Hey guys

I've been looking around for things like ZMA powder, tuarine in 100g+ quantities. I remember this stuff used to be pretty easy to ahold of - now I can't find any good leads on the google besides Amazon.

Are these sort of things still available locally?

Thanks!!

You clearly haven't researched this much. Too much zinc and magnesium and most of the essential nutrients can be very bad for you. Expect some terrible stomach problems and painful cramps or worse.

Jumping to conclusions much?

You have no idea what my daily dose of zinc is, or how much copper am I taking alongside it.

It's weekend, chill out.

No worries brother, I understand the intentions behind it were good

I track all my nutrients using Cronometer - my magnesium intake is really poor and I make sure to get a bit of extra copper to counteract the slightly elevated zinc

The truth of the fact is I want to put together a morning and bedtime stack with dosages to my preference - NAC, taurine, theanine, inositol in the morning, with a side of lecithin and then gaba, glycine and zma in the evenings. Ideally, I'd throw everything in a glass in one measurement - maybe I'm a lazy ass. But in the word's of James Clear, best way to build habits is by making them easy!

Any type of nutrient therapy should be done off bloodwork and symptoms, and honestly done by an expert, which unfortunately does not encompass all medical professionals.
Using "Cronometer" which I just saw now to be another basic static app.

You are seriously shooting in the dark. If you feel better etc I can't convince you it is a bad idea, most likely, but with so many moving parts you definitely cannot keep track of without serious time dedicated to break it down, with almost guaranteed fuck ups along the way.

What issues prompted you to such a regiment?

Good point, eating rice, broccoli and chicken is probably a way better idea.

I don't think it's necessary to engage on this as it's highly off-topic. It's going to open up a can of worms that I have no interest in unpacking.

Great way to keep a professional interaction going.

I hope you bottle your urine and sell it on those weird kinky sites, because it is sure worth a lot more than mine.

Nice doing business with you? Didn't realise this was LinkedIn.

Thanks, you're probably right and not just cause of all the B12 left in it.
