S3... I wonder if I can get it from the local pharmacy without a prescription... will have to try I guess...

I read here somewhere that it takes about 8 weeks to become fully effective... have you experienced any effects so far, Ian?

Yeah, I'm also interested in the stuff for it's fat reduction properties... do you think it will enhance the effectives of a normal anabolic (no IGF or hGH) cycle the same way insulin can?

It seems that Glucophage increases insulin sensitivity rather than being an oral insulin product. I'm still doing research, but I'm starting to think that Glucophage might have an enhancing effect if combined with a low dose of slin... it's probably very dangerous and you will obviously have to use less slin if you combine the two.

Insulin + Glucophage = Insulin more effective at lower dose.
Clen + Ketotifen = Clen more effective at lower dose.

Yes you can get it from the local pharmacy, i have never needed a prescription from 2 diff pharmacies. i pay slightly less, the chemist told me alot of doctors put clients on glucophage to loose weight.. i heard it helps with GH done some reading on it but would definately like to find out more about the product and correct times to take as it does drop sugar levels/and then i heard another story saying increases sugar levels.. hmmm...

metformin is excellent for leaning out,Anyway it's kinda like Alpha-lipodic-acid on steroids. It increases insulin sensitivity in muscle cells but not fat cells (very important). it's effect on insulin sensitivity is so pronounced that it is often referred to as oral insulin...even thought it doesn't contain insulin it makes your own bodies much more effective. It can help retain muscle on reduced calorie diet by nutrient partitioning, mainly a far greater number of carbs get shuttled into muscle tissue. Also keeps your fasting insulin lower (the more sensitive your cells are to insulin the less your body need to produce) which accelerates fat loss. I've read at least one study which found it to be more effective than growth hormone for reducing subcutaneous fat and is currently being considered as an anti-obesety drug. It also completely kills your appetite, most users have to force themselves to eat and find they feel full after just a few bites from a meal. It is also effective to use as a transport for creatine. It also has a fairly long half-life, 8 hours I believe so most users take it with breakfast and dinner. minimum dose is 500mg x2 a day for any effect most common and max dose is 850mg x2 a day. This is not something you want to use more of above 850mg's x2 a day seem to have a minimal improvement and it raises the side effect profile, the main one being kidney acidosis.

ok thats what i read on another forum, hope this helps

Thanks for the great info guys. I bought it at my pharmacy with no hassles at all for R60, so I'm going to do some more reading on the subject and start using the stuff once I've figured everything out.

I told him that Johannes; one of the farm workers needs it. Johannes is a very sick, he has been diagnosed with Asthma (Clen), Diabetics (Slin & Glup) and Breast cancer (Kessar).

Ok guys, been doing some reading and chatting with an experienced person around this compound, seems the uses and effects of this compound have been a little misunderstood and most people only take what they want from studies etc. Glucophage can cause hypoglycemia, this makes it quite dangerous to just jump into and the application it's being used for here, fat loss, it's not 100% correct. When guys use slin then glucophage is one of the compounds used to kick start your pancreas again and get it functioning to it's normal state. This is a PCT as well, most of the members here think that PCT is only directed towards your testi and testosterone prodcution, this is not so. You get many PCT's for many organs, liver PCT, kidney PCT, pancreas PCT and Thyroid PCT. Depending the course and compound your have to plan a PCT to restore natural function.

Glucophage is not seen in cutting cycles, why?
Glucophage is not seen in contest prep, why?

Glucophage is used after or between slin cycles, why?

Lastly, answer this question: Are you confident enough that your knowledge on insulin is enough to use it? If you cannot answer yes to this question the you should not use Glucophage, period.

Some compounds are better left alone and I am not saying you must not use this, but I feel guys are only reading what they want in studies and not looking at the complete picture before using compounds, you will hurt yourself or worse if you are not 100% about dangerous drugs like insulin etc. Remember, most of the members do not depend on synthetic insulin and our bodies function without that supplementation, these compounds are not made or designed for us, so we need to understand how to use them CORRECTLY and what it effects and how to restore natural function of the affected organ or hormone production.

Just some words of caution and hopefully taken to heart.
