Proviron i dont think will help much, will hardn u up by getn rid of some water, but not the actual gyno.
I am on a cycle now where the proviron,clen,t3 and letro is also included and will see what happens. Will give it a month.

I have used Letro at 2.5mg ED for months, without being on a cycle and nothing.. The only thing I suffered my pains in my joints that I was unable to stand longer than a few minutes as my knees used to hurt. Early signs of Gyno, before the gland has grown you might be lucky in some success.
I have had my entire gland removed a complete mastectomy (the entire breast removed), after that surgeon, I was flat.. I started another steroid cycle, using 2.5mg Letro from a week before I started the course and it was not even a very intense course, around 700mg test and it came back.
I also noticed that I found a comfortable level of 1mg per day seemed to have no further effect on estrogen supression than that of 2.5mg, and if it was it was so marginal.
In all honesty I seem to find Arimidex to work better than Letrozole in preventing gyno without the shocking side effects and destroyed immune system.

However if you are trying to treat gynecomastia you need to realize if it is possible at all it will take a long and slow period of time, then again, is it really gynecomastia or is pseudogynecomastia or is it just some built up fat, some men just store fat in their chest like women do in on their thighs and hips. The only way to truly determine is it gynecomastia or not, do you have a lump or not? If not, then I would honestly go for a mammogram and have a trained specialist look at it.
Again, is it even estrogen related or do you have a serve issue like Prolactinoma (Pituitary Tumor)? I was worried this could have been the case when my gyno came back right after surgery, again, I just never had a bit of tissue removed / lipo done, I had a full mastectomy, the lipo was just to level the chest out so I don't have this massive hole where my nipple is.
In all honestly, I would not recommend drugs for the treatment of gyno, I would use them for prevention, however when you have it, you have it. You can go to a plastic surgeon and he can remove it while you sitting in the chair, honestly its over in a few minutes and it's gone! Or else you just poising your body by taking lethal drugs for long periods of time and in my case and those i speak to, 0% success in reversing gyno.
Again, if someone says otherwise, please provide me a before and after photo of Letro removing gyno ? Show me the gyno and show me it gone. Has anyone read of a site or post where it completely reversed it? No, I have just read people saying it has shrunk it a little? So what our bodies can do that by itself while we come off a cycle and our hormone levels balance out, it can reduce the size of it. However ever cycle you go on again it will flare up, becoming worse and worse. I know many don't agree with this, however I don't mind. I personal do not believe you can successfully reverse gyno with medication, and if you can, what long term damage have you done to your body / your heart, etc ?

But remember when ronnie coleman won the Mr O that 1 year can't remember exactly what year it was he had some bad gyno ,how do you think he could have reversed/ gotten rid of it so that his chest still looked natural for the next Mr O?

You can get back to training 2 weeks after the surgery, and no more fuss, no drugs, nice and easy.

Hmm, I have no idea how many cycles I have done, countless.. The gyno started about 5/6 years into using gear, my body just became extremely sensitive to any hormonal changes. My body enjoys high levels of DHT, so that is what I'm busy doing these days.
Hmm, I was from the older era before Adex or Letro was around, so my cycles consisted of Proviron and Nolva for estrogen control.
I doubt there is a steroid I have not used, so no idea what I was using then, would have been some big stack. However, currently even 200mg of Test a week flares up gyno sides for me currently. Letro / Adex can aid to a point, however anything over 600mg of test a week, it doesn't matter how much of an AI I use it is not effective enough.
Then again, Adex seems much stronger for on cycle gyno prevention, Letro on paper is the powerhouse of AI's when it comes to estrogen suppression, however LP gave me a bottle of Adex to try and I can assure you it works much better than Letro with higher doses of gear. Letro does suppress 98% of estrogen, but I doubt it comes close to those figures when on a cycle. Also Adex doesn't cause me to fall highly ill with flue that never goes away and I don't get chest pain or dry joints.. I would spend the extra cash and use Adex on any steroid cycle.

No way to know if you will get gyno or not.. Buy some Arimidex and keep it on hand, do a test only cycle, if you start to experience itchy or puffy nipples, jump on the Adex and then you know you are sensitive, its the only way you will know.
Some people never touch a SERM or Ai on a cycle and never have a problem..

Should be used to prevent gyno and water
