Ordering Procedures:
- When you’re ready to place an order, kindly submit your quote request from our online price list. If you’re unsure about which products to order, please don’t hesitate to contact us for advice.
- We do not accept returns for products that were incorrectly ordered by the customer.
- You will receive a quote via email as a PDF attachment. Quotes are generated manually, so there may be a short delay. The same email also includes a link to payment options.
- Quotes are only valid for 5 days. Prices may change or quotes may be revoked after this period without notice.
- Before making payment, please double-check that all details on the quote are correct, including products, quantities, and shipping address.
- Once we receive your payment, your order will be scheduled for preparation. This typically takes 1–5 business days. During peak periods, preparation may take a day or two longer. You will not receive preparation updates unless there is a problem.
- When your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number. Please use the tracking number to monitor the delivery.
Order Requirements:
- Only place an order if you intend to make payment. Accounts that repeatedly request dummy orders may be deactivated.
- Minimum order value is R300 (excluding shipping).
- It is your responsibility to verify all order details before making payment.

- Orders paid before 11:00 AM on business days are usually shipped the same day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders paid after 11:00 AM will ship the next business day.
- We may postpone shipments to the next business day when this will not affect the expected delivery date. Consolidating parcels for direct kiosk dispatch allows for faster transit, meaning delivery still occurs on the same day while the parcel spends less time in transit which is beneficial for peptides.
- Orders cannot be merged after payment. Please request to combine orders beforehand if needed.
- For special delivery instructions, contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We cannot relay delivery requests on your behalf.
- If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before making payment. Otherwise, orders will be processed at the standard pace.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or that collection from lockers or kiosks is arranged. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
- Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- We ship on weekdays only. No parcels are shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Certain products are supplied with manufacturer seals. To confirm that items are free from damage or defects before dispatch, we may open the packaging for inspection. This may result in a broken seal, but the product remains unused, unaltered, and authentic.
- Upon delivery, please inspect your parcel immediately and report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items within three business days.
- We do not ship to freight/shipping forwarding companies or addresses intended for export outside South Africa. Orders placed with the intent of re-exporting will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns and Exchanges:
- No returns are accepted for products ordered incorrectly.
- Returns are only accepted if incorrect or damaged items were shipped.
- In such cases, notify us within three business days of delivery.
- Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- If a return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions. Do not send any parcel back until you have received confirmation from us. We will either supply the correct return address or, if available in your area, arrange a The Courier Guy locker and provide you with a deposit PIN.
- Incorrect or faulty products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused and with all original packaging intact.
- We will credit you for the return courier fees once we have received the incorrect items back in good condition.

Payments:
- Only make payment after receiving an official quote and verifying all details.
- No changes can be made after payment has been received.
- We only accept payments from South African bank accounts. No SWIFT or Forex payments are accepted. Contact us for alternative methods if needed.
- Please use the correct reference number exactly as provided on the quote. Do not include your name or other details.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the payment reference matches the reference number provided on your quote exactly. If an incorrect reference is used and it matches another order’s payment amount, we may unintentionally allocate the payment to that order. In such cases, if the incorrect order is shipped, you may bear the loss if the other client does not return or pay for the goods. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to recover the goods or funds where possible.
- Only official PDF proof of payment issued by your bank is accepted. We do not process orders based on screenshots, photos, or edited documents.
- Orders will only ship once full payment has cleared in our bank account. Proof of payment alone is not sufficient. For urgent orders, please use your bank’s immediate payment option.
- Your order will only be prepared once full payment has cleared in our account.
