Female Cycle - 10 week Pre Contest Cycle (Advanced)

Important - You must have a certified trainer to assist with your neutrition and monitor your medical situation at all times.

• This cycle guidance is for females looking to compete in the figuere / fitness class.
• Note that proper diet and training must be followed for required results.
• The intake of alternative fat burners must be discontinued in this cycle to prevent cardiovascular damage.
• Beta Sleep was added to up-regulates ß2 receptors making Clenbuterol more effective and for longer periods. 
• Clen dosage to be split half dosage in the mornings and half dosage late afternoons.  Betasleep should be taken before bedtime.
• Note the dosage for Clenbuterol is lower than usual due to the Yohimbine in Female Stack & 3F.  Stay with the recommended dose.
• Your fluid intake MUST be adjusted and monitored by a professional / your trainer.
• Stay within the guidelines to prevent possible virilising side affects.
• Female stack must be a split dose.  Mornings /Evenings.
• Primobolan must be intramuscular injections only.

• Anavar - 5 mg
• Winstrol - 5 mg
• Proviron - 10 mg

Fat Burning Substances:

• Fat Furnace Fifteen
• Yohimbine - 5.0 mg
• Clenbuterol - 10mcg - 20mcg
• Liothyronine Sodium (T3) - 20mcg
• Nolvadex 10mg

• 1 x Nolvadex 10mg - (Liquid Pharmaceuticals)

- Pre and Post cycle substances. (Obtainable form Local Pharmacy) 

• A-Z Multivitamins - Always 
• Milk Thistle - Advised to use 2 weeks before starting cycle  to strengthen your liver
• Essentiale - Advised to use from start to finish of cycle for liver support
• ArthroChoice - Advised to use 1 week before and after cycle for joint support
