So on the subject of T-bol, went to the gym this morning and some freak show dude started asking me questions and if I want to start using it, just out of nowhere......
Spoke to my wife's brother and he used it before but with no real positive feedback.
Is it something you would suggest for a beginner?

Diets not bad at all.. Personally I would add carbs to dinner, it is post workout after all.
To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

@ Chapel - Would you say adding Proviron to a cycle of test does NOT assist with estrogen related sides ?
Sure proviron is a mild anti-e, and of course it helps with estro sides. So no I would not say that. But at 25% there is no point in playing games, he would need letro or adex and even then I still wouldn't recommend it.
EDIT - VonD beat me to it. So yes what he said.

That with whey or cottage cheese are perfect close to bed time, you want the fats with something like whey concentrate or the slower releasing protein like cottage cheese when hitting the sack.
Nothing beats a juicy steak before bed though
