Liver protection

What's the best on cycle liver protector you guys have used on cycle(something that doesn't contain milk thistle, as it influences gains?) and after a cycle (something that contains milk thistle for recovery?). Sorry if this has been asked before.

I would have said milk thistle.. never knew it impacted gains... will monitor this thread.

I might be wrong about thistle on cycle, but a have read that a few guys says that it might impact gains.

apprently liv52 and essential on cycle ...I used essential and SAME on my last cycle !
SAME isint cheap and i went through 3 bottles of the stuff.

What are they priced at and can you buy them at your local pharmacy?

SAMe is like R350 for 30 tabs, you can get it a Dischem. I use Milk thistle on cycle and have always gained well. you only have 1 liver and i dont believe it hinders gains that much, my 2cents

I've also used milk thistle and I think it does hinder gains but not by much. I usually run it through my whole cycle until the end of PCT - not sure if that is too long?

Awhile back i read on this forum that milk thistle is not scientifically proven to help the liver, does anyone know how true this is?

I looked briefly and cant find anything that links milk thistle conclusively to liver repair or prevention of liver disease

Hmmm, well this is not scientifically proven, just based on personal experience. Many years ago, when i took Anapolan, within 10 mins of taking a tab i felt pains in my kidneys,like i was being stabbed in it. I then took milk thistle tabs and the pain grew less and less and I was able to train. had the most insane workout on the anapolan. Yes i know its not the liver, but i firmly believe that the advantages the milk thistle does in protecting the organs outweighs the possible gain hindrance.

I think Liv52 is an anti-depresent as well which I think can prove handing when coming of Test

Animal Pak is not a Liver Protection supplement its a multivitamin pak, whilst there are some compounds in it that are beneficial it is definitely not sufficient.

Has anyone here heard of Boldocynara and Nephrosolid. Its a all natural product by A Vogel, you get it from Dischem. Its a liver product used to support liver functioning. Anyone heard of this ? Any good ?

Did a quick search to find out which liver protection is the best and this is one of the threads that came up. I start my cycle in about 11 days so I want to stock up on the best stuff. So what is the final verdict? Don't base it on price but rather on quality.

I have not seen it stocked in any shops but have seen it in stock on several SA websites

Both websites I order from have brick and mortar shops in Jhb too.

Does essentual not work as good as liv52?
