You can also put in a shot glutamine in just before bed and it works wonders. The BCAA should be taken as soon as you wake up in the morning and before and after workouts, its been proven to show its fullest potential at these times. Other times of the day are a bit of a waste. Creatine, IMO must be before and after training and ones before bed. It must be taken with high card drinks.

I've tried the timing exercise before with all these supps so it was tried and tested.

No offense he who stops trucks, but this kind of information is pretty much universal and freely accessible from a million different google search results. I understand your excitement, but this is really information you could've searched for youself in less than five minutes, then maybe come here to double check your values... A little laziness?

Sorry if I offend you

Hi Inja,

I dont think lazy is the right term, i thought seeing as 90% of the people on this forum use specifically LSJ products that it would be better to get timings and experiences of the locals.
If i was buying BSN/MUSCLETECH i would go onto BODYBUILDING.COM and post a thread there to get the experiences also.

I read LSJ sticky in the SUPPS dection and learnt alot there.

Thanks INJA and everyone for all the info.
Got cardio this am so no LSJ supps till 10am after training on empty stomach.

Trying HEAT for the first time so will let you know.

Truckstopper, I really hope that your not only eating for the first time at 10:00? IMO this is a truly kak idea. That means you'll be up for ±4 hours before you eat for the first time. Say goodbye muscle!!!

ok great, so after cardio, the oats and eggs.
after training:
whey-48gr

and can i put nesquick for flavouring or is that a nono?

Not sure if you read my question on training on an empty stomcah(cardio) if i train at 8am can i take something at 6.30am say like a whey shake? only problem is trying to flavour it maybe on cardio days i have to leave out the flavouring.

let me know thanks DJ

Yes a whey shake is fine, you cant be awake for two hours and then only do cardio. Your metabolism drops drastically in those two hours, that's why they say breakfast is so important so as to boost your metabolism. You can get some sugar free alternatives to flavour your whey. Try adding a few drops of sweeto or what I also do is add a canderel stick with some caramel essence or whatever flavour you'd prefer

oh ok, thats why i enjoy this forum, all the tried and tested ideas.
i will definatly try that canderel stick with, i think i only got vanilla essence will that work.
on cardio days i will def wake and do a whey shake about 1.5-2 hrs before cardio.

Thanks bee

Vanilla is fine, its alredy sweet with the canderel, you can even add some instant coffee as well. try 1-1.5 hours max before your workout, two hours of whey precardio is long as whey is absorbed pretty quickly or add some casein to the whey

thanks bee,

from what i have learnt/read just on this thread i think, every morning on waking have 5gr BCAA and whey protein 1 hr before training. then do the my SHAKE afterwards.
cardio i will have just oats and eggs afterwards.

Bro if you up at six and doing cardio at eight I would definately have a meal on rising. Two hours is enough time for that food to clear and for you to be on an almost empty stomach. Cardio on an empty stomach is only for those that can get to thie gym first thing. I would even throw some low GI carb into that meal, as Sting said, you need to get metabolism up with that early morning meal.

The advice about the oats vs nesquick timing is because you want anything that is low GI for after cardio and high GI for after weight training
