Hi

Inja got me thinking about this and I'm going to try this and see if I make permanent gains.

Stats:
30 yr/o
Ectomorph
82kg
1.90m
Slight alopecia


Diet
(every weekday)

Shake (twice per day). Total:
8 scoops of 22g, 160g MuscleScience CFM Whey
Banana
Apple
Peanut butter
Fresh Blueberries (not for gym but longevity)
Probiotic yoghurt

Each shake is about 3/4 of a USN shaker.

Breakfast
3x eggs
2 potatoes

Lunch
Large meal, rice, veggies, potatoes, meat, chicken or fish.
1 of each: veg, carb, protein

Supper:
Same as lunch though I will often do large double burger and chips, steaks and chips, huge plate of spagetthi bolagnaise etc.

Supplements:
Cycle Reflex Nutrition Creapure caps (6 per day). Month on 2 weeks off etc.

I always then try have a snack before bed, and if im good I wake up in the night and have a shake.

I haven't measured out everything though.

Weekends are a fuckup cos I just eat randomly. No-one to prepare my meals.

Ill be combining with norditropin. Im concerned about the estro as well. I only want quality and safety. Cost irrelevant.

To put in context I was 70kg just over a year ago but I've eaten a shit load and trained hard, but feel I've reached a plateau. Getting harder to put on now, in fact last 2 months I've just stayed the same. Hence looking for a bit extra.

Can anyone suggest a good once off cycle?

Yeah bro, as you get older it gets harder to put on mass, so if you are dedicated a cycle could do you well.

Since you haven't yet posted up your diet anywhere how many cals are you having and whats the macro split? This could be a factor in your plateau.

Also, since you say you've been reading alot, what sample cycles have you come up with? Keeping your hairloss problem in mind.

i just did the swap from 5iu's of kefei a day to 2iu's of nordi a day,i already feel my hands are like pork sausages...i would run test with your Nordi bro,even just plain test, growth promotes the lean gains but not much strength yet if u throw in the test u will get the strength and the lean gains too...u can get away with test prop but go for something like 2mls of pgw super test a week to keep bloat to a minimum...your offcycle would be kessar clomid an hcg,the standard pct...

Yeah I haven't even got below the surface of AAS research. It's very daunting so I'm suffering info overload at the moment... :D

You need to calculate exactly how many cals you are getting a day and what the macro nutrient (carb fat protein) breakdown is. Consistency is key as well bro, your growing on weekends when you rest.

If you go for the traditional test only cycle you will have to get the finasteride and some topical products.

Yeah I planned to run nordi with sust and deca. But I'm haven't researched enough to be confident.

Whats a good anti-e? Or won't it be necessary for a once-off cycle? Do I need post recovery?

Also I don't mind bloat, fuck i'd love to look a bit chubby :). I look over-lean at themoment. BF < 8%.

u need to split your proteins up during the day,having two large shakes is a bit stupid really...if are trying to rid yourself of body fat burgers and chips are going to be substituted with chicken and brown rice and broccoli

god bro, sounds like a huge luss. ill give it a try though.

I'm on minox + keto. Seems to be working well. Fin scares the bejesus outta me with the swedish gov declaring it causing permanent ED in some okes.

I'm still researching if there is a correlation in those that have perm sides.

I'll try split up the shakes, its just a lot of effort. I usually though sip away at it while I work so spread out the shake intake that way.

Regarding burger and chips, I saw this was fine for ectos in fact even recommended. Bro there is no way im trying to loose fat. I'm too lean. Its almost impossible to gain fat, even now im into my 30's.

Hi Inja

Good news - I started on 4-clicks of the Nordipen. :)

From what I can ascertain this is:

4 clicks == .5mg == 1.5IU

Is this a good daily dose or should I be aiming higher? Also is it necessary to use a new needle head every day?

Got any advice on the AAS? I want to start next monday on a cycle if possible.
