i just did the swap from 5iu's of kefei a day to 2iu's of nordi a day,i already feel my hands are like pork sausages...i would run test with your Nordi bro,even just plain test, growth promotes the lean gains but not much strength yet if u throw in the test u will get the strength and the lean gains too...u can get away with test prop but go for something like 2mls of pgw super test a week to keep bloat to a minimum...your offcycle would be kessar clomid an hcg,the standard pct...

god bro, sounds like a huge luss. ill give it a try though.You need to calculate exactly how many cals you are getting a day and what the macro nutrient (carb fat protein) breakdown is. Consistency is key as well bro, your growing on weekends when you rest.
I'm on minox + keto. Seems to be working well. Fin scares the bejesus outta me with the swedish gov declaring it causing permanent ED in some okes.If you go for the traditional test only cycle you will have to get the finasteride and some topical products.

u need to split your proteins up during the day,having two large shakes is a bit stupid really...if are trying to rid yourself of body fat burgers and chips are going to be substituted with chicken and brown rice and broccoli
