it depends on ur cycle...im 1 week into my LP cycle, which includes the LP liquid clen...have a look at my cycle which ive attached in the following thread

Regarding dosage....Im assuming ur taking the LP liquid clen? if u are, the dosage is 5mcg per drop. im currently taking 80mcg per day (building up to 120mcg p/d) which i break up into 40mcg in the morning and 40mcg in the late afternoon. it works out to 16 drops in total. so it works out to 8 drops in the morning and 8 in the evening.
