Hi Guys!!! I need your help Please!!!!

I recently started using Cyt3 as a fatburner. I am 29 years old, 1.68m and weighs about 63kg. I love doing cardio and weights, and follow low carb diet. I want to get rid of my extra weight, especially due to my pregnancy 2 years ago.

I cannot find any info on how to take the tablets, and would like some advice. I did pick up tips on the forum, and decided i will only use the tablets for 3 weeks, started at 1 tab, increasing gradually every 3 days, to a maximum of 2 tabs per day. then Decreasing gradually until a quarter tab for the last to days. I am not sure if this is okay???????
I do feel the effect of one tablet, i can handle even the shakes and mild palpitations, but it appears to give me headache??????? what can i do to minimise this side-effect?

Also, can I split the daily dosage into morning and lunch-time, or will it be best to take it all at once???

Stop with the CYT3 the clen and yohimbine is fine, but T3 will eat your muscle away. When you stop you will pick up more wieght as you have less muscles to burn away any extra calories. For every kg of muscle, you burn a extra 50calories a day!

If you really keen to loss wieght post your diet and we will take a look. Weight loss starts with a diet, training and ends at fatburners.

I have used CYT3 on two cycles and found that one tab per day early in the morning on empty stomach worked well. Taking it later in the day gave me insomnia. I agree with Wortelstok and Byron about the T3. It does affect muscle loss, but from I what I have read and can remember, it was not a significant percentage loss. If you are taking high dose and a long cycle it may be an issue. You can counter act muscle loss with a small dose of Anavar. I also got mild headaches from it. If you get cramps (Clen depletes taurine) supplement with one tea spoon of taurine in the morning ;)
