Meal #1:

•5 whole eggs; 4 egg whites
•(50 grams protein, 20 grams fat)
Meal #2:

•Protein Shake – (50 grams whey protein, 1.5 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter)
•(55 grams protein, 12 grams fat)
Meal #3:

•‘Lean Protein Meal’ – 8 oz chicken with 1/2 cup almonds
•(50 grams protein, 16 grams fat)
Meal #4:

•Protein Shake (50 grams whey protein, 1.5 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter)
•(55 grams protein, 12 grams fat)
Meal #5:

•‘Fatty Protein Meal’ – 8oz Salmon, Swordfish or Red Meat with green salad. 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and vinegar
•(45 grams protein, 30 grams fat)
Meal #6

•Protein Shake (50 grams whey protein, 1.5 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter) or 4 whole eggs and 4 extra egg whites
•(55 grams protein, 12 grams fat)
Total: 310 grams protein, 102 grams fat, less than 5% carbs.

Pleks van 50g Protein Shake, eet eerder 200g vleis soos hoender of steak of mince of 70g biltong. GROOT NB!! Jy moenie te intense gym nie want Dan gan jou lyf jou spiere eet vir energie! Jy moet sweet, maar nooit voel dat jou hart uit jou bors klop nie.

BSSA sups sell it or supermarkets ...well done on the fatloss now u need to stick to the diet ...I would follow the second one which is more Atkins ...as much protein and fat as u need to be satisfied
u will see the more u eat the less u will want to eat as the fat keeps u full and satisfied for longer.
Keep the second one for when u have a low B/F % but u will have to add carbs in small amounts eventually or do carb ups after about 6 weeks then back to keto ... bacon and eggs for breakfast B)

Try not to eat all the bad fats like any fat that comes from an animal. Overweight people are very prone to high cholesterol (probably cause by terrible dieting over years and years). Keto will help you to lower your cholesterol because of all the good fats you could be eating like from peanut butter, avocado, and olive oil to name some.

To a certain extent I would agree Pyro.. hydrogenated fat u avoid but saturated fat...chicken skin pork rye u can eat... that is what gives u the full feeling and for longer so u will stick to the diet longer and it actually will improve cholesterol ...personal experiance...until he gets to like 12% then he can tweak IMO :)
