back from the dead was created by Robbie
Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum, but have been a long time visitor. I lived the good life (like a slob) for a year and half with no training and followed a strict diet of junkfood and alcohol.

My stats:

Age: 31
Weight: 79
Height: 1.8m
Bodyfat: about 20 percent
Steroid experience: intermediate to advanced

My goal weight

90kg with 10 percent bodyfat

My plan:

Getting some disciple back with clean diet and training to get bodyfat down and muscular systems active and firing on all cylinders. (4 weeks) and praying muscle memory is not lost.

Plan to use 00pump"s Equipoise Power House sample cycle. Seems solid to reach goal to grow lean.

I'll be keeping log of my progress and updating on the forum as I go along.

Wish me luck

You are young enough to bounce back quickly, but I think 4 weeks is a little optimistic.

I'd say at least 4 months of solid, consistent training backed with a clean diet and then re-evaluate where you are and what you need.

Look to getting your BF% down below at least 14% before starting a cycle.

Welcome back bro!
Yes get your bodyfat as low as possible before hitting a cycle, or you wasting your money man.

I lived like a bit of a slob too for a while, but now in my forties, I am in the best shape of my life. Never give up and any transformation is possible.

I look forward to following your progress bro.

4 Weeks is a lot optimistic, but not a decision set in stone. I will evaluate my progress after 4 weeks and see where I"m at, but I will be realistic before starting my cycle. It will probably take longer, but the 4 week target will drive me and motivate me.

Thanks for the welcoming gents. I"ll start my log as soon as I start training on 30-06-2015. Diet will start one week before.

Hi Guys, I've had major setbacks on my long time, planned comeback ,but I'm back now and started training. My body feels battered, but I happy to be in it again. I was hiding in the ladies section at first, working on my form with shamefull weights and coaching my wife for a bit. I want to start buying my cycle a bit at a time as finances allow while I burn fat and strengthen muscles. I plan about 2 months the way I'm progressing now.

Can anyone school me? I dont have a source for PGW and I will need Equipoise 350. Does anyone else supply Equi in 350 concentration. I can get my hands on Equi200 from Axio, but would prefer 350.

Also my wife is breaking my balls for a cycle to help burn fat & build lean. Is there anyone beside LP that supplies female stack or perhaps named something else. I want to get her on Oupa's beginner female cycle.

I'll keep an eye on the comments, Thanks guys

Robbie, you can;t ask for sources on the forum, it's against the rules.

Apologies admin. I did'nt ask for a source though, just some advise on a substitute from another lab on Equi & Female stack, but noted, it looks like I'm fishing. I will take it somwhere else.

Looks like a misunderstanding, don't worry about it.

Hi Guys, I went for a body composition analysis last night, hoping that my bodyfat perentage have come down enough to start my cycle at month end (optimistic I know), but I fear I have a lot more work to put in and will need to step it up somewhat. Currently I've got a six day training split and been going for almost three weeks. I booked another assesment in six weeks time to re-evaluate.
My results below (Tried to paste a copy here, but failed)

Date 2017-07-17
Age 34
Height 182
Weight 79.9

Body composition Normal ranges

Fat 21% 16,4 kg 8 - 18.4 kg
Bone 5% 3,98 kg 4 - 4.8 kg
Protein 16% 13,1 kg 11.2 - 15.2 kg
Water 58% 46,5 kg 43 - 52.7 kg

Weight- Normal
Muscle- Normal
% Body Fat- Over
Bone density- Under
Total Body Water- Normal
Skeletal muscle mass-Under
Body mass index- Normal
Waist hip ratio- Under

In summary - Burn more fat, build muscle & eat clean
