nolvadex and gyno

Hey guys,

ive been a member on this borad since the start but this will be my first post.

I have started a cyle of sustanon 250 and anvar and will be running it for the next eight weeks.

I will be running sus 250mg/week for eight weeks and anavar at 20mg e.d for eight weeks.

I have been a longterm user of Propecia(finasteride) for two years now for mpb issues and i know that whilst this reduces dht levels it promotes an increase in estrogen production.

As sustanon aromoatizes into estrogen and due to the fcat that my body has a naturally high affinity for estrogen due to the use of propecia, will nolvadex effetively prevent the development of breast tissue during my cycle. this is a pretty mild first cylce so i wanna run 10mg of nolva e.d to prevent gyno

What are your thoughts?

Yeah, the Nolvadex should help keep everything under control. Most people get away with 10mg, but I have to use 40mg per day just to prevent gyno, I lowered my dose to 20mg the other day and within a few days my gyno started to reappear. However, I am using MUCH higher dosages than 250mg / week.

How long after my first shot should i take the nolva, have u ever used an a-dex...i cant seem to get my hands on it thats why im settling on the nolva

Only start with the Nolvadex when signs of Gyno appears. Using Arimidex for extended periods is not a very good idea, rather keep it on hand in case the shit really hits the fan.

Kessar seems to give me hot-flushes and sleeplessness(10mg/day after 2-3 days) - Has anyone experienced the same? do these subside after a while.

Kessar is very tissue specific, it will increase the circulating oestrogen - doesn't make sense, because that is listed as the side effects in women. It displaces the oestrogen from its receptors. Doing this in women lead to early menopausal symptoms, of which the early ones are fluid retention, hot flushes and insomnia. It should have precisely the opposite effects in men....

does nolvadex aid in reducing bloat on cycle? will 10mg ed aid in stopping water retention?

It does, but I use 20mg p/d and then proviron at 50 - 75 mg last 2 weeks. The Kessar only part of PCT, maybe last week, but that depends how I am feeling and only when I feel the "Man Boobs" come knocking , itchy, burning nipples etc
