Bloods high prolactin and estrogen help

Hi guys so Im currently in week 4 of my cycle(5th cycle but first time deca)

deca(450mg) per week
Test(800mg) per week
dbol 50mg per day
0.25mg arimidex every day
75mg proviron every day

bloods show

Testosterone total = 52 range 8 - 30
SHBG = 6.3 range 14.5 - 48.4
Free testosterone = 2046 range = 180 - 739
E2 = 463 range < 192
Prolactin = 21.4 range 4 - 15.2

what should i do? i was thinking 0.5 cabasar every 5 days for the prolactin as suggested on this forum and increasing the arimidex to 0.5mg every day for the estrogen?

would appreciate some feedback. Will also do bloods in 4 weeks again to track improvement

That should be fine. E2 does not need to be in the normal range when you're on a lot of test. Just as long as you're taking enough AI to prevent bad estrogen related side effects.

Cool thanks MA! also Ive got LP letro, what would a similar dose of letro be than 0.5 arimidex more or less? dont know if my arimidex will last until I get more.

0.3mg every second day or so.

Your prolactin is too high and will mess with your PCT. You need to get that under control before you start PCT.
