Does icyplex really work ? Been on it for 1 week now and don't feel any different I know how yohimbine and Clen feel and i legit am not feeling anything
That's the correct time to take it yes, 1ml for your size wont do much. Up it to 1.5ml for 2 days then to up it to 2ml. You should feel 80mcg clen in your system.

Don't jump from 40mcg to 80mcg in one shot brother, 20mcg for 2 days, stable out then up by another 20mcg. Max 120mcg but watch that heart rate, your not 18 anymore.
