Hey guys,

First of, not looking for sources or distribution practices, totally aware of the rules.

My question is does anyone know or have experience with anabolic steroids in Namibia? Is it common enough in the large cities? (or just the city) I honestly don't expect there to be local UG labs so all gear will have to come cross border or be local pharma. I don't even know the state of Namibian pharmaceutical drug production, (exists/ active/ scarce) so I am not trying to look down on them as lesser or anything, don't misunderstand me.

Please also let me know if you have experience with anabolic steroids (and other PEDs in general) outside of South African borders.

Cheers in advance.

I haven't been to namibia but I know an xtreme nutrition opened in windhoek not too long ago so there must be some sort of bodybuilding scene over there would think with a market gear will be available.

Been a long time since I've been here...

But to answer your question... A little birdy told me that you will find what you are looking for, it is in most cases just a lot more expensive than you would pay for it in SA. Depending on source up to between 30 and 50% more expensive... apparently all brands are available stock is just an issue at times... you may wait very long for things...

Thanks Oupa, I've heard in some 3rd world countries it's actually easier to find quality gear because there are no UG labs that under-dose, or black market that fakes. So the gear that floats around is legit pharmaceutical juice. It keeps on coming up in interviews and Q&A that steroids in earlier days were more potent. That said, some of the gear that is popular in the bodybuilding scene is not or was never intended to serve pharmaceutical purposes.

I'll try and find related Namibian legislation to understand the laws there.

Oh ok all right. I guess 30-50% is understandable for the reasons you mentioned. I've had prospective grocers locally willing to charge more than that because either they think I am ignorant of reasonable prices or they are long down a line of dealers where price gets increased @ every level (typical with any illegal substance).

PS: Anyway, diverting away from practices and prices now, we are a ball-hair away from infringing Rule 2.

@Thunderbeast, no plans yet. Have you been keeping an eye on the ZA news last week regarding violence and vandalism? Takes me one step closer to emigrating is all.

Dont worry Im an old member... think I know the rules...

It will be very difficult to emigrate if you are not married to a namibian, or if your mother or father is not namibian... even grandparents count but then you will have to go through the trouble of getting citizenship for all of those mentioned...

if you work for a big company or you are somewhat uniquely qualified then you can get a work permit...

Political climate is actually super relaxed and even most of the SWAPO proponents frown on what is happening in South Africa and its leadership...

Yip, what I am going for. The bitch is Namibia does not allow dual citizenship, so that means I'll have to renounce my South African citizenship. Either way, if I do make the move it'll be in a while.

Thanks for the effort and interest Thunderbeast. I wasn't born in Nam though, still going to find a way if it turns out I need to make the move.

Yes but if you are namibian by birthright (parent) i think the same still applies. It is based on the principle that it cannot be taken away from you, therefore it cannot be denied from you...

For real? Damn this thread has becoming more insightful than I hoped. Much appreciated Thunder, I'm going to look into this very seriously.
