Hi, Guys.
How long would one have to train natural for your receptors to clear up and be fresh? To be able to start over with a first cycle of Test only at beginner dosages but for it to still be effective. Or can one train clean and natural for as long as you want but not be able to start fresh with AAS?

If you have never taken high doses then you have a better chance at getting gains from a beginner cycle, however you will never get the same results off the bat as you did when you did you first cycle. Time off does help, staying anabolic helps (even if you have to sip a protein shake during the night), there is allot of little things you can do to make a beginner cycle effective.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and reply Pump. Really appreciate it.
I was thinking of staying natural and training clean for a year or two. Two sounds better and makes more sense to me. Then starting over from scratch obviously at a very low body fat like sub 10%. I have learned so much about nutrition and diet and about my body since starting again mid August.
So yeah that is my plan eating clean training mean and natural for say two years and get as leaner then start over from scratch.

60mg die max van normal as jy verstaan wat ek bedoel. 60mg vir n 70kg man is te veel.

@Furk: Inteendeel, ek vind dat in die meeste gevalle is 40mg nie genoeg nie. 60mg is n lekker sweetspot.
