Hello guys. Finish my cycle a few weeks ago. Will be starting PCT soon. What an experience. Gained roughly 10kgs. Was on Dbol 40mg daily week 1 -4

Aromasin on hand for any Estrogen sides (which i did not have)

Had severe gastro over a month ago and lasted over a week so i would imagine i would have gained quite some more.
Anyway, current stats.
Height : 1.83m
Weight: 93kgs (up from 84kg 12 weeks ago)
Bf: 14/15%

Pre-Workout
Peanut butter on wholeweat bread
Post-Workout
4 scoops Nutritech Pure Whey + 1 scoop casein
Breakfast
1 cup jungle oats with cinnamon and honey
4 whole eggs boiled
Late Morning
12 Provita wholewheat biscuits with 12tsp peanut butter (teaspoon per biscuit lol)
Lunch
200mg Chicken breast fillet
2 large baked potatoe
2 cups mixed veggies
Snack
1 tin tuna with 2 slices honey and oats wholewheat bread
4 scoops Nutritech Pure Whey
Dinner
200mg Steak
2 Large Baked potatoes
2 cups mixed veggies
1/2 cup rice
Pre Bedtime
2 scoops nutritech slow release casein whey
I must say it was very boring and tiresome eating the same food everyday but now its a part of me. Like a built-in routine.
