Extremely potent. It is marketed as a prohormone but it is more toxic than anadrol and dbol. Side effects are harsh as well. Definitely no alcohol consumption at all if you use it. I wouldn't recommend it. Rather use superdrol for similar gains, but an oral only cycle is a waste of time.
Not to be a dick but all of those questions would be answered after a simple one "worded" Google search. That said, yes it's effective, I loved using it. It's a prohormone but really it's just a designer steroid. I wouldn't recommend using it alone but I suppose it could be and I've seen quite a few people do it. Dosage will be dependent on the person but I think around 15mg will be good for most people.

A guy at work came up to me today saying he heard and could see I am worth talking to. So he shows me an empty package of Axio Labs M1T he says he used 20mg a day for four weeks along with 250mg Testosterone Cypionate evey week. Last time I noticed him was just before December he definitely looks bigger but also leaner and harder and dryer he says he took 10mg morning and 10mg about two hours before evening workout he says the pumps were insane and at times so painful he had to abandon the set.
This is just some random guy at work not the friend that wanted to use M1T.
I confirmed he did use a decent PCT and I told him to lay off orals and alcohol for a while.
Just thought I would share his experience.
