PCT/thermogenic cycle.leaning out but gaining kgs!

Good day gents,
Stats : 94kgs
1,83m
10 years training expierience
+-20% bf


Two weeks into my pct after a 1 month of anavar 60mg/ed and 1month tbol 50mg/ed.
Using clomid, nolva ,hcg and eca. Normally in this phase i drop kgs by the day, However this time i've added hcg and seem to be gaining muscle/weight/water? Im definatley stronger but that could be the eca, and my abs have just started showing again. My diet protocol is intermittent fasting and has worked well in the past for both cutting/bulking (moderate protein/high carb/low fat). Any ideas why i still seem to be gaining? oh and training 4 days a week, 1 hour weight/interval training, 10 min cardio pre/post plus hikes/sports of off days.

You gaining because you are probably getting enough protein in, you are training 4 times a week which is not over training and your body must be adapting well to change.. I must say that the protocol you took is really badly structured.. Also if you are not using aromasin during PCT you should not be taking Nolva / Clomid + hCG as the hCG is suppressive so unless carefully used it should not be stacked together with a SERM.
