Proposed Cycle After Gyno Surgery was created by IronHeart
Hi Everyone

As the title states I had gyno surgery at the end of last year.
I will submit a post of my gyno experience, I'm just waiting for the before and after photos.

So far this year has gone great dieting and training wise and I was thinking of doing a cycle sometime this year.

My proposed cycle is:

10 weeks test cyp 250mg at 0.5ml 2 times a week.
A front load of 2 20mg Tbol for 25 days.
A bridge consisting of test prop at 2ml every 2nd day for 10 days and 4 10mg winstrol tabs for 25 days.

My question is since I'm a bit prone to gyno issues should I take hcg while on cycle and I was thinking of runnning nolva and aromasin to prevent any gyno issues?

why such a low dose of test? aromasin during cycle should help with the gyno. maybe even letro if you are really prone to it. think one of the more experienced guys can help with that

Run the Aromasin E2D @ 20mg, get some adex as backup and don't cycle with nolvasex unless you going to have issues.

I would start the Aromasin a week or so before I start my cycle and see how it goes from there.

Is that not quite a lot of Aromasin just to keep estrogen at bay, or is it due to the fact that he has had gyno surgery and is therefore extremely prone to gyno?

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Thanx Oupa.

And do you think the test dosage is a bit low?
I haven't cycled in years that's why its so low, I don't think I will need a lot.

Also do I need hcg during the cycle or can I do the normal Nolva, Clomid, Hcg, Aromasin off cycle?

Buddy what i would recommend is stay on 250mg test per week for 6 weeks and up the tbol to 60mg ED for 5 weeks. See how the test sides goes, if all is well with no gyno shit, add the HCG @ 500iu per week and monitor sides.

Keep us updated if any issues and lets take it from there.

If you got some extra bux, add proviron throughout your cycle @ 40mg ED

Do you know which hormone caused the gyno- Estrogen, Progesterone or Prolactin?

Did they cut around your nipples and scrape from there? Did you use a general surgeon or a plastic surgeon? Did you have drains left in for a good couple days after the surgery?

@Pyro I'm not sure because I tried almost everything, at a stage I was using Bromocriptine, but in the end all that helped a little was nolva and aromasin so I'm guessing it was estrogen.

Here's the blood work topic anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/11-general/123761-bloodwork

@00pump they cut around the nipple and scraped, I used a plastic surgeon but I did not have drainage pipes in.

Like I said I will submit a post with the whole story and what I experienced on the different compounds, maybe someone can learn something from my experience.

The gyno will return if you take compounds that cause gyno and you don't properly manage your estrogen / progesterone. If you never had drains then all that was done was the lump and a bit of fatty (female) tissue cut out. Good luck going forward.

So do you think that if I run test and tbol with aromasin and proviron I will still experience gyno issues?

No idea.. Impossible to say.. What I can suggest is use 1 compound (test) and an AI, take it slowly and see if you start to experience symptoms. No need for the oral right now, and will just complicate a simple process.
