Back after 11 Months

Hi Guys

Sooooo hows it going? not to good had a few setbacks in the last lets say year? have been out of gym out of everything all started when my Fiance had an injury in the gym, still hasn't recovered been to like 10 specialists cant find the problem,

now I'm back in the gym, finding it hard to get motivated like last year will be back online more often, Kept 99% of my gains but all because I was eating like a monster so the BF% i dont even want to know,

More info on the injury? 10 specialists and nobody knows? That's scary.

I am doing well, learning more every day. I'm new to the site though so you won't know me heh.

when from gynea to surgeon to orthopedic surgeon to gynea and and and, was in the gym doing squats and felt a sharp pain on the right side of her pelvis, had cysts removed from the right ovary and it wasn't that pain still there, had done g&c Scope fount nothing went for sonars ect ect and still couldn't find anything one thought it was a femoral hernia

so she hasn't been in the gym for a year now, went with me the other day but quit after 15 minutes as the pain was to much for her
